I would recommend Scott / hypnosis to anyone who really wants to quit the habit but is worried that its gonna be too hard! I personally found the whole experience too easy - but after trying cold turkey so many times before and failing, I'd take 'too easy' any day!! I have just had the best few weeks of my life without cigarettes and I can finally see them for the filthy habit that they are! My teeth are whitening again, and I've so much spare time again !
Am so impressed by the whole thing, I am telling all the smokers I know about it! Give it a go - you wont be disappointed!
