I had 3 bedrooms, study and hallway re-carpeted. After being very disillusioned with my previous carpet which was 100% nylon and wore very poorly, particulary in the hallway, I wanted to get 100% wool but also stick to a budget and get something that would wear well. Michael came out to my house and did a comprehensive measure and then we proceeded to find a carpet which would satisfy the family texturally but also satisfy the other requirements. It took a bit of to-ing and fro-ing and Michael was very patient. We finally chose and had the carpet installed recently. It looks fantastic; in fact it exceeds my expectations. The carpetlayer was brilliant also; very meticulous and very experienced. Overall an experience where I am very satisfied with the result. I would recommend this business to anyone and in fact have done so already!
