Contacted them with an issue on GPS software in my new Xtrail and they said they would call me back at least 5 times and they did not, I wrote to them, called them, chatted to them and they never returned the call.
Finally I contacted Nissan Australia and they called me back in a couple of hours. May still have an issue , but at least Nissan is talking to me.
I guess, once Ringwood Nissan get your money, you are not considered important. There after sales service and courtesy is disappointing. I would not recommend them, given my experience.
