First time waxing and Scott did a wonderful job taking the time to explain the process, what to expect as well as to what to look out for if I decide to seek other waxing services in friendly and transparent manner. Scott was reassuring and made me feel safe and at ease throughout the whole process. I was impressed with the aftercare checking in on me a couple of times afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and will definitely come back for follow up.
