Don't know what the fuss is about. Mediocre food. Lots more good chinese restuarants out there! Was a little disappointed with my experience. Went once and never went back

There are better ones around this area. Ordered a Thai fried rice, was really disappointed to find that they used frozen veggies ie frozen peas corn and carrots in the fried rice! What kind of restaurant would do that? Was in disbelieve. Won't go again

When I used to live in NSW, I always go there. I like to support small business. I purchased all the big items from them for my first born, since then I have noticed that the quality of products they stock has gone downhill a little.

Their service is great. Natalie, the shop owner is great to talk to. She always give out good advise as she has 3 kids of her own.

I absolutely love this online store! Have purchased from them at least 6 times in the past year. Great customer service and reasonably fast delivery. Have decent sales on most of the time. Free delivery on purchased over $50. This site is my first stop to look for new toys/gifts for my kiddies

Oh I must say he is the best dentist I have been to! So gentle and non judgemental. (I don't really look after my teeth as I should) Understanding and have time to listen to what you have to say unlike others just rushing through. Really happy I found John!

Been seeing Ben for a while. He is very accomodating and good at treating babies too. I go there and get treated at least once a week and take my babies to see him too. They also have massage therapist there. Sometimes its hard to get an appointment as they are very busy. Busy = many happy customers :)

Don't understand why people queue to go there. Food is mideocre. Service is not great either. If you have tried genuine Japanese food, you will agree with me

Apart from the always long queues waiting for the receptionist, the doctor I see is fantastic! I only ask for Dr Tang, he is so patient and understanding comparing to the 2 other doctors I have seen there.

The receptionist are very helpful too.

Took advantage of their promotion $25 off the first order. Placed order on Friday afternoon and was told I would get the food delivered on Tuesday. That wasn't the case. The email recieved on Monday morning stated the food will arrive the following week. OK, I thought to myself, no biggie. I just won't start the program until a week later. Tuesday came and I was so excited to get the food delivered. Opened the box and voila, wrong order delivered (I am a vegetarian and the box was full of meat) Ok, I am a little disappointed, and contacted them on the 1300 number. Told them of the problem, the staff I spoke to, was helpful though and tried to resolve the problem and said that they will get the right order out on Wednesday noon (wednesday is not their normal Canberra delivery) which I was quite happy with the news. Now today is Wednesday, I waited until 3pm...still no delivery. So....I called again! Staff explained due to out Wednesday is out of the delivery area, it could take longer, but they will call courier company to check. 5mins later staff called back and said the courier company does not have my box of food! What a saga. So now, I have wait until tomorrow for my food. On top of that, the $25 discount hasn't been put back into my account despite chasing them up over the past week. I ordered from NuShape because I wanted the conveniece and tryig to lose weight at the same time. I haven't even tried their food yet, and I am contemplating not to continue with their services. Very disappointed with them

Finally got the food delivered on Thursday morning. Hmmm...the food was prepared and picked up on Wednesday night. So by the time it arrived at 10:30am, the ice pack is no longer cold and the food is not chilled. Thought to myself whether the food is still ok to consume. After much thought, I decided to try them since I had so much problems already and it's vegetarian so it should still be ok.... hmm...didn't work out well with the fresh food :(
