When we had an extension done to the rear of our house the builder offered to also double glaze the 2 existing bedroom windows . Being winter, we did not discover till some months after the builder had left that he had not made any adjustment to the weights on the sash cords and the heavier windows would no longer stay open without being propped up. I called in Greg who quickly diagnosed the problem. He removed both windows, refitted the sashes with the correct weights and completed the job in the one afternoon. Greg phoned early in the day when he knew he was going to be slightly delayed. He was pleasant to deal with and did a very efficient job on the winows. It was great to deal with a sash window specialist.
