Great store and staff who really go that extra mile. Recently I went shopping on a Thursday evening and as well as groceries I picked up a prescription for hubby at the chemist. When I got home I realised that I had left my prescription in the trolley and rang Safeway in a panic. The staff were amazing happily going out to the trolley bay and thankfully finding my prescription an holding for me. I can't thank them enough

I need a key cut for an old garage door. I tried Masters and Bunning's without success. I tried an actual Locksmith who cut keys but they would not fit. In desperation I tried Mr Minit at Forest Hill Chase not really thinking they would work and he said nor problem and guess what? All four keys he cut for me worked perfectly, I'll be going direct to him for any future key cutting

Brian gave us a reasonable quote with no hidden fees. We moved from a three bedroom two storey townhouse to a three bedroom single level house, plenty of big furniture and boxes. As for the boxes Brian supplied them FOR FREE, dropped them off ten days before the move and when we finished unpacking picked them up again. They were on time, no damage and very efficient. I would highly recommend him.

Great pizza, plenty of fresh topping, good delivery service. The only down side is that they are a little expensive compared to our old pizza shop in Mitcham and the quality is only slightly better. 2 large pizzas + garlic pizza delivered $45, Pizza Bella at Mitcham around $30

Approximate cost: $45

Fantastic service from property management staff. We were looking for a house to rent and these folks were marvellous. Not only was our application addressed first thing on the Monday morning it was received, the property manager Emily kept me update to all morning with how things were going and we had an approval by 2pm the same day. We signed all the documentation the next day.

At all times staff made me and my family feel that we were important and not just a lowly tenants. Answering any queries that we had and if she didn't have the answers referring the query to the landlord even replying to an email at 6.45pm in the evening.
Landlords always seem to find good tenants are hard to find and good property management staff for both parties usually keeps everyone happy. Too many agents these days are one sided towards the landlord

if you are looking for a reasonably priced, reliable mechanic that works on Saturdays, look no further. Oil change, safety check and spark plugs replaced. $50 under what two other mechanics quoted.

Approximate cost: $130.

I needed to have the rear window brake light in my car fixed, it wasn't just a globe, there was no power going to the light. I got a quote from one auto electrician who said approx $220 and as the car is 18 years old and the other two brake lights were working fine I thought no thanks. I drove into JNK and was greeted by a young man who asked how they could help. I told him the problem and he had a quick look and told me if I could leave the car with them for a couple of hours he could fix it. When I asked how much he said $50. Now this was a Saturday and they were open 9am until 6pm, so I came back at 2pm they rang me a 3.30pm and I picked up the car with the brake light all fixed for $50 as promised. Chinese staff were all very courteous with several of them speaking English quite well. Bonus that they also do most mechanical jobs and air conditioning services and are open all day saturday

This review is for Shaver Shop, Melbourne VIC

I purchased a Shaver as a Fathers Day gift. It was for a person who prefers the old fashioned razor and this would be just for in between times. I thought this would be a good product as it was called close & easy and as it was on sale I thought it was a bargain. However after one use, for much less than five minutes it was evident it was anything but. I returned it to the Shaver shop for a refund, as it is not in my local area I did not wish to receive a credit and also the person who the gift was for preferred to choose his own, however I could not get a refund as the shaver had been used. How are you supposed to determine if the product works as claimed if you don't use it? Surely they wouldn't try to sell it again? I'm sure the manufacturer would credit them. Thanks goodness we have consumer affairs

Great place to grab a decent cup of coffee on the way into work in the city. They remember your name and how you like your coffee and it's ready go in no time. If you grab one of the coffee cards every 8th cup is free. Myself I like a large coffee to start in the morning and at $5 it's a bargain as the cup is twice the size of what I would pay $4 elsewhere. I believe that you can also download an app and order your coffee online.

Approximate cost: $5
