I had my radiator serviced, I went there because they were a NATRAD dealer, never again. Overcharged and work was sub standard. I took it to my normal mechanic and they flushed it properly and fix a couple of hoses and charged me less that Gibbs did for a job that was never done. I have even written to NATRAD to complain

I usually shop at Coles Belconnen but since they have been renovating Westfield, parking is a nightmare so I drove an extra 7 minutes to my next nearest Coles Supermarket at Jamison. I have to say I was amazed. It's a great store, fabulous staff and great specials. The bakery is especially good. Even when they finish the renovations I'll keep going to Coles at Jamison because I enjoy shopping there and their staff are so helpful.

Our hot water service died on Mothers day morning. our landlord rang the guys from 6 Star and they here that morning and our hot water service was ready to roll by lunchtime that same day. Great attitude, no mess and I couldn't recommend them more

Great Pizza. We popped in to Melba IGA and smell something good coming from the takeaway. We bought some fish & chips which were excellent taste and value for money and marvelled at their great pizza menu. Last week order pizza and what a pizza, it was huge. Sure it's more expensive than Dominos but when you look at the size it works out that I would have to buy 3 Dominos pizzas to equal one family size at Melba and the taste and amount of topping was fantastic. I'll be there as a regular from now on.

If you are looking for a quality had to get car part look no further. The staff don't just grunt at you the are genuinely helpful. If you're a female they don't treat you like an idiot and they really know their stuff. Ask for allan or Allison

If you want fresh, tasty, reasonably priced, local eat in or take away they you cannot go past king Fook at Florey. For what it costs to feed me family at Hungry Jacks or KFC I can get a great meal here. Better still you get a 10% discount if you pay cash!

Beware of free tests! Whilst having some radiator work done we saw that a free Air Conditioner test was advertised We asked them to test our conditioner as ours didn't seem to be working very well and were told that there was oil coming from the compressor and a possible electrical fault. The costs to repair around $1500. Thank goodness we took it to the air conditioner specialist we normally go to for a service. He told us that was rubbish and all it needed was a regular service and regas $250 and it is now working as good as new.

Unfortunately Vera has sold this business and it's not as good as it was but hopefully the new owners will improve with experience
