As a first home buyer it is getting harder and harder to find finance. Banks speak their own language and the rules are not very clear. Spiro and the team helped us immensely because they were ale to explain clearly what we need to do to qualify for finance, they patiently translated all the jargon for us, prepared the application with us and did all the running around. It is because of them we are in our new home and we cannot be happier.
