On my very first visit to Khing Thai, upon entering the premisses, we were made standing in the waiting area to be seated for over 1 minute while the staff deliberately ignored us.
The food took over 42 minutes to be served. Not the most pleasant experience and No I will not be back there again.....too much competition around which offers much better customer service.

I received a discount voucher via email and went to put it to a good use at my local Jeanswest store at Eastgardens. The customer assistant greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. So after brousing around, I picked up a few items of clothing total value of approximately $300.00 and brought them to the counter to pay for and use my discount voucher which the head office of Jeanswest has supplied me with. I reached for my phone and attemted to show the shop assistant the email with the voucher when she proceeded to tell me that in order for me to use my discount voucher IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT. Well right there I advised her that I dont have a printer and have no way of printing it. She then proceeded to call her store manager who also had refused to accept the voucher in the email unless its printed out. Even after I advised them that another store was good enough to accept this voucher, they have still refused. So its fair to say that his ridiculously unprofessional store manager had lost a $300 sale over a piece of paper. Very unprofessional and I will definitely not be back to that store again and will share my comments with everyone I know. Dissapointed all the way

The propriator of the business My Acupuncture, Binbin Zhang is one of the most amazing people I have met. Her bubbly personality, positive spirit and knowledge is fantastic. Binbin is extremely dedicated to what she does and I was very impressed with her service. I went to see Binbin for acupuncture session for anti ageing and stress and after my initial treatment I could feel the difference. My skin started glowing and I felt overall transformation within. I will definitely continue seeing Binbin on regular basis for various acupuncture treatments and will recommend her to everyone I know. Very impressed.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit and have lunch or dinner.
Our very first experience at Coco's was amazing, the food is beautiful, the service is second to none and the prices are great. They also have an offer on sundays where kids eat for free (thats a very nice bonus).
I really like the atmosphere and beautiful friendly waitresses.
We will definitely be coming back very soon.

In a customer orientated business, I believe the shop attendand should provide a top of the line customer service in order for the existing customers to come back and spread the word of mouth to the potential clients. My theory if you please one customer, this customer will tell 10 other people about their fantastic experience and this people will tell 10 more and so on, before you know, every one wants to shop at the place where while you are getting the best deal, you are also treated like a human being. But in a situation where you received a terrible customer service at the store, you will obviously firstly just walk out and not purchase anything and at the end, to get rid of the bad taste in your mouth will call everyone you know and tell them about the store and the disgusting customer service it provides. In all fairness, I would never step foot in Rockmans store at Eastlakes, very dissapointed potential customer.

My friend recently has her hair done by Alison who came highly recommended by another friend so I thought I might give it a go. I call Alison and was so pleased with her kindness and politeness, I instantly made an appointment to have my hair done by her. I can not express my satisfaction enough with the service I received from Alison. Alison is so friendly, so patient and so professional that I could not believe that I haven't met her years ago. I had a colour put in my hair and had a haircut which is a absolute perfection (and I am usually pretty fussy). the prices are unbelievable. I will recommend everyone I know to Alison as this is the best hair colour and a cut I have ever had. Fantastic job Alison, you are truly number 1!

Great place to do you shopping. You can always find fantastic bargains through out the store and the quality is actually pretty good. I have been saving a lot of money by doing my shopping at Aldi, not only because its convenient but also because of the friendly staff and good atmosphere. This store getts pretty busy at times especially on saturday mornings at opening time but I guess just like me, every one likes to grab a bargain.
