People beware! This place is extremely poorly managed and the service is terrible. The management will increase the price of your storage by up to 30% without further notice and if you are not happy to pay high price increase, the manager will harass you, abuse you and will give you two weeks notice to remove your belongings from the premises. Absolutely revolting and should not be allowed to operate for the public

Pinocchio's Restaurant in Randwick is one of my favourites restaurants and not only because of their great customer service, wonderful atmosphere, amazing prices and a great offer for kids to eat for free before 6.30pm but because of how much enjoyment we get from going to this restaurant. It's great for dinners or parties, you will definitely enjoy yourself and your food. Highly recommend to all.

Niji sushi bar at Kingsford must be one of the best places I have eaten at. The service and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend this place to everyone and guarantee that you will become a regular customer just like myself. No wonder NIJI received an award, these guys are true winners and deserve the best feedback possible!

Terrible customer service. They advertise on shopadocket.com.au website if you get two medium pizzas you will receive 2 cans of drinks for free. When we called to order a pizza for the first time and advised them about the deal they had advertised and even referred them to the website, they have questioned us over and over again and told us they can not not supply the free drinks unless they check with the owner. Absolutely ridiculous, all they had to do was to go on the website we provided them with and they would be able to see their own advertised deal which expires in two weeks from now instead of telling us this is an old expired deal. We did not proceed with the order this time and there will never be another time.

If you are going to order a supreme pizza from Eagle boys at Maroubra,you will be getting a pizza which looks almost identical to a vegetarian pizza. Do not expect too much meat products or a generous amount of toppings on their pizzas and to be honest, their pizzas taste like cardboard. Not impressed

We visited Max Brenner in City Westfields last weekend for the first time and let me tell you, first impressions do last and last...
After ordering our smoothie and a cup of coffee, we sat down at one of the cleaner tables in the store which was not very busy at that time. It took a waitress approximately 7 minutes after noticing us to come and clean up the table. Shortly after that, the smoothie was brought to our table. So I thought, ok, the coffee should also be coming soon but it did not follow. 23 minutes later, I decided to go to the front counter and find out what had happened to the coffee that we had paid for 23 minutes ago. I focus my attention on a staff member who was next to the coffee machine and asked him where is my coffee. So he looked at me and said "Did you not receive it?" So I said "why would I be asking you where my coffee is if I've received it 25 minutes ago? So he checked with another worker and said "ok, we bring to you now". All up I had to wait for 30 minutes for a cup of coffee to be served to me. When the waitress finally brought my cup of coffee to our table, instead of apologizing for such massive delay, she says to me "is there anything else you wanted?" At that point I just wanted to leave this coffee which did not even taste nice and walk out but I knew that there was a slim chance of me getting my money back. I have never seen such tremendous service. Max Brenner should really choose his employees more careful and maybe go one the Undercover Boss TV show to see exactly how they are running his business....He will not be a very happy boss

This place is absolutely terrible and the Health department needs to be notified immediately! We had some burgers from this place last week which from the start did not taste right. The burgers were very dry and had distinctive animal smell to them. I had half a burger while my friend forced himself to finish off his. Later that night, we were screaming in agony from the stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. This went on for hours and I was ready to call an ambulance when the immodium finally kicked in and made us feel better. This was the worst experience of my life and to make things worth, after making a complaint on McDonald's website, no one even got back to us to apologize for what we had to go through. I am warning everyone out there to stay away from that place so you do not have to go through a similar experience.

Very dissapointed with the customer servise and lack of assistance for long time customers. The staff member from JB HiFi at Bondi Westfields was very rude, unco-operative, unsupportive and unprofessional. Did not want to listen to what we had to say in regards to the faulty product and frankly could not be bothered. We were loyal customers once but our faith and loyalty has been deminished by the terrible customer service experience. Too much competition around and we would rather shop and direct our family members and friends to shop where they can receive not only the best prices but also the best customer service.

I would like to comment on the wonderful service I received from one of the staff members of Coles at Maroubra by the name of Lyndel.
Lyndel is a great asset to the company. Her friendly and professional approach to customers makes you feel very welcomed and good about coming back to shop at Coles Maroubra. Lyndel should be praised for the fantastic job she does and her attitude towards customers, we need more people like her around to make our shopping experience pleasurable and something to look forward to.

I really enjoy doing my business at Maroubra Post Shop especially when assisted by Lisa. Lisa is very friendly, helpful, professional and patient. We need more people like Lisa to provide us with a pleasant shopping experience each time we shop! Keep up the great work!
