I took my near 4y.o. to dreamworld and although it was school hoildays it wasnt as packed as i'd expect it to be. My toddler and i spent 6hrs at dreamworld in 33 C heat, there is a play area undercover at wiggles world which had climbing toys and a stage for the toddlers to play with. the vintage cars were a big hit, as was blue's clue's dog that goes up and down like a plane. The wildlife area is also good for toddlers it costs a dollar to feed the kangaroos and pat them. There is things for a toddler to do, the only thing is that it is very spread out all over the place, and on the down side, theres not one water activity for toddlers to get wet. whitewater world is joined next to dreamworld at a extra cost of 25.00 on top of the entry fee which is a lot of money when your a sole parent and thats to walk in the door alone. But i defently go back in a few years.

Approximate cost: $50.00

My 18month old son, myself & my dad spent 3 1/2hrs at verve, all for one photo. We were told to bring 3 changes of clothes each person and my son;s favourite toy to use in the shoot. The photographer had not a clue or understanding of a 18mth old expectations. the photographer wanted my son to do all these unrealistic action shots, even when my son was so exhausted, hungry, the photographer's attitude was oh heres a biscuit for him now can we get back to the shoot. The fluroscent lights that they use are no good for people with epilepsy. When i went to view the photo's they didnt explain the process in what to choose, and they gave me the price list which was in the $2000 price range for a couple simple photo,s, when i went to collect my one photo at the cost of $220.00 it hadnt been finished yet, this happened 3 times on the 3rd time of collecting the photo. they asked me if id come back again, my reply No way never ever again.

Approximate cost: $2000.00

I took my 3 year old here for the first time, the queue to purchase tickets was at a steady speed, Although a little expensive, a pensioner and a child ( 3- 14 ) are the same price $50.00 each which i thought was absurb, has a lot of actitives for teenagers, giant ropes course, and playground. the shows are good with the dolphins and seals. Drinks & food a bit on the expensive side, i defently take me own next time. we did a 5min Helicopter ride which the price was more reasonable than the entry fee alone. helicopter ride was $49.00 (child 3.y.o - 14.y.o) and $59.00 (adult) and $35.00 for the dvd of your ride, which i got for my toddler as this was his very first ride in a real helicopter and this was his highlught of the day. They have great rides for the little ones also, polar bears, shark bay.

Approximate cost: $100.00

I took my toddler here several times, he loves it. The staff are very friendly my toddler got to milk a cow, did the tractor ride which was great fun. You can buy free range farm eggs from here too, which we did and they were very delicous. We feed the animals, held the baby goats. Plenty of room for a BBQ or take a picnic. Cafe there is okay very breezy if you sit down.

I had my sons 2nd birthday here, and they were very effeicent, friendly and altering some of the food for the kids who have allergies was no trouble at all, they even rang 3 days before the party to ensure that the food they were planning for the party was suitable for the kids with allergies. In which it was. lots of parking underneath great safety for the kids, climbing equipment, jumping castles. I often take my son here, just for a play he still loves going there.

my son started his swimming lessons here when he was 8 months old, the teacher was great, but the cost is extreme high. I only enrolled my son in one term of swimming lessons, its expensive for a casual swim also and the cafe is expensive and you have to wait for 40mins for a coffee !!
