From my very first phone call, Ho of Ezy Air was very efficient and helpful. My job (moving an external air con motor) was discussed, I provided photos of the site and measurements, and a reasonable and easy-to-understand quote was provided within a very short time. Throughout difficult and months-long negotiations for a shared paling fence with a neighbour, Anthony was unfailingly helpful and kind, and he and his wife cheerfully submitted more than one very detailed quote as was needed. Our general Maintenance Man (someone I trust, also a gem) had told me that Anthony was the only Fencer that he would consider using, so that is one part of the negotiations that I would not waver on: Anthony had to do the job even though we had to wait several months for his availability. (The neighbour could not argue about Anthony’s quoted price, which was very competitive notwithstanding Anthony’s superior work.) The new fence was built this week and it is perfectly straight, seems very sturdy and by comparison makes most of the surrounding fences – even the new ones – look inferior. Gordon and Jesse, who did the bulk of the physical work, were polite and seemed happy to answer the few questions I had during construction. You won’t be surprised to know that I’m happy to recommend Fencing by Anthony without reservation.
