We had 3 large outdoor straight drop down awnings installed. We could not be happier. We had 3 quotes for the job they were the cheapest by $800. Kyle was by far the most informative person we encountered. As my mother has arthritis we were worried about getting something that she would be able to use. The other sales people didn't listen to our needs, where as Kyle listened and came up with the multiply solutions. We found him a pleasure to have in our home and during the installation he checked with my mother that the tensions and heights worked for her. Love your work!

Love the nursery, but the cafe is a big let down. I think the prices are too expensive as the food is average. The coffee is not good either. The menu selection has something for everyone though. It was very busy when I was there mainly tables of young mums & kids or groups of women in their 50's +. We found it impossible to hear each other talk due to the noise, I also felt that the place felt a bit dirty, this was probably due to the volume of people, but there were bits of food on our chairs when we went to sit down, the table looked as though it had been slightly wiped down but there was still some food crumbs left behind. My friends glass had lip stick on the rim, but did appear clean apart from the lip stick. We were served in a reasonable amount of time and the staff were friendly. I just felt for the price it was a below average experience.

I can totally understand what all the other negative reviews are saying about this huge busy practice but I feel that there is at least one doctor who does not fit their descriptions. I changed to this surgery around 8 years ago and I am so thankfully that I did as I have been sick most of my life and previous doctors have not listen or looked at the big picture. I am a patient of dr elnazak who is a caring and pro-active doctor who listened to me and didn't stop till he found out what was wrong with me. He has gone out of his way on many occasions to see me or help me with medical forms prior to surgery no matter how busy he is. I am getting my health back on track after 25 years of being ignored because of his dedication to his patients. I have on occasion see 3 other doctors in that surgery and they were exactly as other reviews described but I feel that it is important that people realise there is at least 1 exceptional doctor there, that I can not thank enough.

During recent renovations of my house I had to get all my ducted heating under the house replace. I got 3 different company's to do a quote. Michael was by far best to deal with at the initial call out to quote. He did not charge a call out fee, the other 2 did. He did not try to convince me that my actual heating unit(4 years old) needed to be replaced, the other 2 did. He did not claim that there would be extra charges for excavation as one end of my house was lower than the other, the other 2 did. He spent a good 10 mins underneath my house, the other 2 looked from the access opening. He took a copy of my house plan to work out a the most cost effective & balanced way to replace the duct system, the other 2 said they didn't need it. Michael included removal/disposal of old ducts in his price they other 2 did not. I told all 3 I just wanted a price on replacing the duct system under the house and removal/disposal of the old system. Michael emailed me my quote after a week they other 2 did it on the spot. Michael was 1100 cheaper than one quote and 1400 cheaper than the other. So I booked him in. He arrived on time with another worker to do the job. He introduced his fellow worked when they arrived. These 2 did not waste a second, they systematically replaced the whole house, one working under the house while the other was inside the house. All care was taken to keep the house clean of mess and belongings safe. They had the job done and trailer loaded full of the old system in a matter of hours. I vacuumed each vent after they left to clear a little bit of dirt which is too be expected. My friend who is in the building industry was extremely impressed with the price and went under the house to have a look, he said that they had done an excellent job, they didn't cut any corners and used quality parts. So I was extremely pleased. I have since had a air con unit installed, & replaced the internal heating control. And again Michael was professional, cost effective and reliable on both these occasions. I then got Michael out to assess my grandmothers ducted heating system as she had been scared by scammers telling her that the house would burn down if she didn't get her ducts regularly clean. Michael did a proper assessment of her system and assured her that she did not need to spend any money cleaning or repairing it as it was in fine working order. He did not charge her anything for his time. My grandmother felt very comfortable with him in her home. Because of this she will now use him to replace her hot water service and old pipes. Overall I can say that I would recommend Michael to any of my friends or family for their plumbing,heating & air condition needs. Thank you Michael

After having our sofa cleaned by Darren we got him back to do our carpets. Once again we couldn't be happier! Darren is a pleasure to have in our home and his work ethic is impeccable. The results were amazing on 20 year old carpet that had not been professionally cleaned in 14 years. We feel like we have had new carpet put in. All the hard flat spots in high traffic areas are soft to walk on and the same colour throughout! We will be getting this done every 12 months now as in the past month since having them cleaned our house smells so much cleaner and not dusty. We have also noticed a big difference in normal vacuuming; the carpets are so much easier to keep clean. Well done Darren!

I have had 6 jobs completed by Paul & Phil now and can not fault their work & customer service. They have completed all jobs ranging from table tops to shelves on time and to my complete satisfaction. Their prices have been under what I expected every time and been 30 to 50% lower than 2 other companies I had quotes from. Their advice has been fabulous and I couldn't be happier.I will be using them again without hesitation. Well done guys!

Very nice to deal with on the phone but then was a no show. No call to say he was not coming. When i tried to call him again on the next day no answer and didn't return my call

Very happy with the care my two 12 year old cats have recieved here over the past 5 years. One has kidney deasease & the other has been deaf his whole life so we are a regular every few months at this vet. They have called me a few times to see how they are doing and offered advise. At one stage early this year i was having trouble with administering my cats medication myself so they did it for me free of charge and taught me new techniques to handle my cat until I was able to maintain treatment myself. Suzanne is extreamly knowledgeable in Medicines and quite often when i have brought in my kidney cat she will descuss with me treatment ideas she thinks may beifit my cat that she has learned at the last conference she attended or medical review she has read.. I have complete confidence in her as a Vet.

I love my pets & finding the right vet is just like finding the right GP for yourself. I came to the clinic on a recommendation from another vet. I had just come in possession of a beautiful little 4 year old lop. His first 4 years of life he had been in horrendous living conditions and was in need of love & medical treatment. 7 months on and he is now healthy happy thanks to the staff at the clinic. Any medical procedure is not cheap but it is worth the money with the expertise of this place. They talked me through my different options in regard to cost & risk, I didn't feel like I was pushed or rushed into anything. The follow up and after care the clinic has given me has been professional and a god sent. The clinic does get busy which upsets some people but their treatment is not rushed. Also the printer seems to breakdown as soon as they get busy. But even in these times they always have made sure that all my questions have been answered, no matter how trivial. They also helped me find a girlfriend for my little rabbit a few weeks ago. They have a huge amount of information regarding all things rabbit, housing, behaviour, diet, habbits, training.

We have been going to Pace for 4 years now & i can't fault them. I first came to them after my engine neally burnt out from bad servicing from another local mechanic. I have found them to be reliable and good value for money. I was shocked to read the bad review so I thought I should give my view.
