I am 75 and I was really reluctant at first as to whether Jo could help me, but I can honestly say that she has. I had a lot of pain in my knees from Arthritis and could barely do a squat. But now I can squat deep and have not more arthritic pain. I can also work out in the garden now for 5 hours in stead of only 1 like I use to. The results I have seen have truly been amazing. I haven't lost any weight in 4 months, but I have lost 24cm. And all of those cm are from areas that I wanted to lose them. I seriously couldn't be happier with Jo's service. She is the best trainer I have ever come across.

At Answers 2 Hair you are treated as a regular even if it is your first visit. They are excellent at great customer service. And are always aiming to please. They train their students with great pride. If they don't get it right the first time, they must keep practising. They do not automatically get their cirtificate without being totally competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service with great results.
