I would like to commend the McDowall Vet Practice for being a most compassionate and caring team of vets and veterinary nurses. They took our little pet through from a tiny little pup to her eventual final days at the age of 12. Every time they were welcoming, showed genuine warmth and love for her. In her last few days the empathy and care they showed our family of 5 adults, crying and despairing whilst me made a very difficult decision was amazing.
