Biba in Belgrave is a stand out salon. They are always friendly, even when they are super busy. They’re highly skilled in their craft and can cut any kind of style. I got so sick of going to salons and coming out feeling like I got the haircut they wanted me to have, not what l asked for.
They have a long history in styling and cutting hair which shows.
My daughter moved to Brunswick but still comes back to Belgrave to get her haircut as she has not found anything that is equal and affordable as Biba Belgrave.
