Meals are HUGE. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Menu has a lot of variety, the ribs are great value. I would recommend going during the week as they can get very busy on weekends.

Great atmosphere. They have recently renovated and the place looks modern and stylish. Food is good. (Although we found chicken bones in the pizza). Nice variety and decently sized meals. Staff are friendly and you can wait at the bar area if there are no tables available.

Located at a shopping centre and has a little bit of a budget feeling. I have been there three times and every time I have only had a short wait, however, I get the impression the staff just don't want to be there. They are mostly young females with the owner cutting my hair most recently. On every occasion they have not listened to what I actually wanted done and I have left feeling quite unsatisfied. The staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves and think they know what you want without actually asking. For the price you would expect a bit more professional service.

Very pleasant hotel. Need to sign in before you can enter. Staff are friendly and they actually come and take your order at your table (rather than most hotels where you order at the counter). Drinks are purchased at the bar. Menu is quite large, you shouldn't have any trouble picking something you like. Their pastas are great and their meals are very generous in size. There is also a bar and gaming area. Plenty of parking.

Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Drinks are ordered at the bar, meals are ordered at the counter - standard hotel setup. Food is very good quality and meals are generous. The bistro area is a little small and crowded. They have an extensive menu with a specials board. There is a good variety of meals including steaks, pasta, parmigiana, etc. Reasonably priced. Drinks are a little expensive, as per most hotels. They also have the gaming area and a function room. Unfortunately it can be a bit noisy when there is a function.

Fantastic cafe. Coffees are fresh and well priced. Service is great. Sometimes it is a little difficult getting served during the lunch peak when they are very busy. Inside the cafe can be a little noisy. They have 3 tables outside. Prices are reasonable and it's a great location in the main strip in Mitcham. Michael and Linda make an effort to remembers the names of regular customers and they always have a friendly smile.

Absolutely shocking. It is a nightmare every time I go there (only go as it's close to work). There are never enough registers open. There are never express registers open so you have to wait behind people with trolleys full when purchasing only 1 or 2 items. Staff are slow to serve and more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. I have sent the head office several complaints regarding the poor service and I always get the same letter back informing me they are "looking into it". I have overheard several of their staff stacking shelves talking about what they did on the weekend, using offensive language.

Food is ok. Standard La Porchetta style menu. Service is pretty ordinary (long waits to get waiting staff attention for drinks). Meals come out fairly quickly and are generous portions. Price is reasonable. Decor is a little old and the tables are a bit close to each other.

I have eaten in here as well as take away. For dining in, the service was fairly ordinary. Long waits for service to get drinks. Meals came out within a decent amount of time. Inside the decor is quite outdated and really needs a bit of spruce up.
For takeaway their service is absolutely shocking. The first few times were good, pizzas are great. However, the last few times we have had very long waits, being told it is a 10-15 min wait and still sitting there 30 mins later. Most recent visit they didn't make the pizza that we ordered and offered no discount for the mistake, so I got a refund and won't be going back again.
Their delivery service is also terrible. Over 1 hour wait, several phone calls, then the pizzas arrived and they weren't what we ordered.
