I had my engagement ring re-sized here, they resized and took off the 'watermark' - the mark which details the quality of the ring. They didn't re-szie carefully as the diamonds also moved and now one is jarred down so that you can't really see it. I want it fixed but after the job they did with the re-size I don't really want to take it back in case they make it worse. I wouldn't recommend them for ring re-sizing. I have had some braclet links fixed here before and they did a good job and it was reasonably price.

I always order flowers from here which I need delivered. I can't speak for the flowers that get delivered (as I don't see them) but their flowers on display are beautiful, they look 'lively' and very colourful. I have received some myself and they lasted weeks. Delivery for products I order have always been same day. I keep going back!

The City of Lights dinner cruise is really worth it. The buffet dinner is so much better than I expected, roast meats, seafood, drinks etc. The views are worth bottling. Take a jacket as it can get quite cool. The only downside is that tables are of 4 to 6 so it is possible that you could be sitting with strangers for your meal, it was fine for us because we are sociable but not the best for a romantic occassions. Sometimes they are cheaper if you book online so check their website before you pay full price through someone else

My review is based on a wedding reception. The wedding co-ordinator here is so lovely and thorough, she does such a great job and for her service alone I would recommend this property. The Indian Ocean Room was beautiful, it overlooks the outside pool where you can have pre dinner drinks and the buffet meal section is off to the side of the function room so you don't have to look at it when you are in the main area etc. It can fit up to 10 tables plus bridal but try and keep it down to 9 so you have more room. Furnishings etc are all modern which I also loved as some places the carpets were horrible and the curtains were floral (yuck!). Prices are reasonable for a wedding reception, don't be expecting anything cheap. Get married Jan, Feb, June, July or Aug for a better deal !!

Service great, restaurant decor is lovely and modern, comfortable furniture and seating, lovely atmosphere. Meals are cheap for the size and quality. Pre book for Friday & Saturday nights and try and get a spot at the back during their busier times (Sat night and Sunday afternoon).

The shop is great and has some fantastic ideas and the stuff you get there is great quality but the service is pretty ordinary. I went into the shop 3 times and called 4 times and still no-one got back to me despite saying they would, I ended up giving the business to someone else. Their hire products (chairs, umbrellas etc) are very pricey, even more so than wedding companies so make sure you shop around. However hiring glasses is pretty cheap and they are quite flexible when you return them.

This restaurant is located at the Glen Iris Golf course. The meals are pub style but the prices are a bit higher than pub meals. The food is ok but not really worth what you pay. I find it better for a light lunch rather than dinner. It's nice if you can sit outside on a clear day. The service isn't that good, they mixed our meals up but that was only on one occassion, on other occassions we have not had this problem.

We used Cally to settle the purchase of our land. She is very friendly and really efficient. We never actually met her as she was recommended to us by the land people and the rest was done over the phone however she was in regular contact by email and phone and never let us down. Everything went without a hitch. Her prices were not the cheapest but they were average compared to other companies we had looked at. I would use her again.

The lady at Ceremony Secretz (I think her name is Jen, she just took the business on) was great. Nothing was a hassle, she confirmed my booking swiftly and was a lot easier to deal with than other wedding furniture companies. You can tell weddings are her passion so I have every confidence in her, she asked those extra questions which showed she had a personal interest in making my day. She even offered to come out to the place we are getting married beforehand so we can show her exactly how we want it all set up etc. Not a single other place offered to do this. Her prices were also the cheapest as she is a small business and not a huge name charging ridiculous prices! Great inclusive packages available which are so much easier

I am using these guys to decorate for our wedding reception at Fremantle Esplanade. They had the best price, excellent quality chair covers and sashes and lovely colours. Brooke was so easy to deal with and very casual which suited my demeanour. I received confirmation straight away and at $3.95 per chair with sash you can't go wrong. This was a promotion at the time but I had quote anywhere up to $6 so I was stoked!
