The sales people dont have much knowledge of products. This is a place where you walk in and you know what you getting. Its cheap and looks like warehouse. The overall experiance was ok however we did not purchase any eqipment as was not much of infomation being provided.

When we walked into the shop we got acknoledged not straight away by the salesperson. However the service we received was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was worth going in there. They have great choice of producst but slightly expensive however better then other places sell.

I personally found them quite ok. Hoever when i went to life chat it took them 10min to chat with me. The bad side is that you cant get in touch with them over the phone. This is for people who dont mind having a business on internet. They should improove the customer service online.

We purchased tickets to GoldCoast for a wrong date and on the same day we mannaged to sort it withouth any additional charges. Customer Service was very helpfull and supportive. They understood us and helped us to change the date for a correct date. Well done on their service.

The salesperson was very bad, rude, unhappy, pissed off, unhelpful and ungreatfull. No cutomer service skills whats so ever. Because of the service we received we walked out of the shop. He just lost his potential customer and received a bad feedback. Infront of us he through the equipments cord onto his desk and yeld at us saying i cant believe nothing works in here. The attitude he was giving us was becooming worse and more aggresive with each minute.
If you decide to go there please watch out. Unless he was just having a bad day. ITs a shame as we were very keen to purchase the product.

We searched for elliptical trainer for quite long time till we came accross this website. The lady over the phone was very helpfull and knowledgeble about the producst and she even told us where to go to try the product out before purchasing it. I must admit the product is European and it is great value and has great looks. The service we received was extremlly good over the phone.

The food had a great choice, also entertainment was provided. However i believe it is a little expensive considering that you dont receive any alcoholic drinks. THey charge $60 per person - you get soft drink, entry, main and desert

The breakfast was not fresh, smelly and not tasty. The service was bad no wellcomemming no thanking for shopping wioth them. Watch out when you using drive thruigh. The kids are not very wellcomming.
