I went here while on holiday in Sydney after reading all of these great reviews. Here is my experience:

1. When trying to book in with Michelle I was told there was no Michelle there, and never has been. I booked anyway.
2. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told my hairdresser wasn't ready yet and I would have to go away and come back.
3. The hairdresser didn't speak to me at all apart from asking what I wanted done to my hair, and spent the whole time complaining to her colleague working next to her that it was too late to be working (it was 8pm) and how she just wanted to go home because she had to get up early to start work again. This made me feel like I was being a big inconvenience to say the least.
4. After spending a maximum of 10 minutes on my hair and taking less than an inch off and not doing anything thinning or texturizing she said she was done. I asked for some texturizing because I have really thick hair, and that is what I went there for. She replied "that won't look any good, it's better how it is now" and walked off, leaving me to take the cape off and walk over to the counter to pay.

I had the pleasure of paying $75 for 10 mintues of being made to feel terrible. When I got home my husband said "I thought you were going to get your hair cut?"
Yep, it was that good.

I found the ebooks incredibly helpful and they helped me write a job application and get a job interview in the Commonwealth Government. I had no idea where to start before I found this website.

I have only used the Trevallyn surgery and it is really hard to get into and you need to book in advance, which can be hard when illnesses pop up out of the blue. If you aren't one of their clients they won't book you in at all, you have to be on their books. The doctors are lovely though and the bulk bill for children which is excellent. Very thorough doctors.

I have used all doctors at this surgery and they are equally excellent, as are the lovely nurses. They have a mobile number for after hours emergencies which is great for young families. I am a little disappointed that they don't bulk bill for children, which some surgeries do, but in the end paying for the great doctors is worth it in my opinion.

Great hair cuts, great colours, they are gentle with your hair and are willing to make recommendations based on your hair type and face shape and always consult you before doing anything. I have always been really happy with the quality of the service. I was skeptical given that they are based in a shopping centre, but they are really good. Prices are a little expensive compared to surrounding salons, but probably worth it.

Great salon with reasonable prices and the hairdressers are willing to experiment with your hair, not just give you the same cut and colour over and over again. I've been really happy with their service, their prices and the quality of the cut that they do. Keep up the great hair cutting!

I use city software for all of my software needs. Their postage is fast and their prices are very competitive. Their online shop is very easy to use. Why would you shop anywhere else?

River City Doors came and fixed my electric garage roller door when it came off its chain and got stuck in the up position. They were out within 2 hours and had the door serviced and fixed within half an hour. I was impressed with their speed and efficiency and the cost was also good.

Bris Air serviced our ducted air conditioner and I was incredibly happy with the quality of the service, the customer service and the price. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable and was acredited by Fujitsu. I wouldn't look anywhere else and would recommend Bris Air without thinking twice.

I used to get my hair done at The Terrace about 5 years ago, but haven't been back since so they might have different hairdressers by now. I found them good for a standard colour or cut, but they weren't incredibly creative if I wanted something a little bit different. If you like your current cut and colour and just want maintenance, they are fantastic. Their prices tend to be on the high side for Launceston, but you get very good customer service from this salon so their prices are probably worth it.
