Great value and quick service. I like that I can just walk in without an appointment when I go to do my supermarket shopping and get a 30 min pedicure for $30. Good quality services from a nail salon that I use regularly. Very easy parking as well.

The florist not only has lovely fresh flowers but lovely nick nacks. Their Christmas decorations in particular are lovely as are their gifts for new babies. I love to just stick my head in as I'm walking past.

The Trevallyn Grocer undertook a revamp approximately 2 years ago (I think?) and now offers a huge range of lovely speciality foods as well as general supermarket items. I love that the offer speciality Tasmanian goods and they will generally get in anything that you ask for if they don't have it. Lovely friendly service with a smile and incredibly yummy food.

We love Moonlight Noodle Bar as an alternative to traditional take away (e.g McDonald's or fish and chips). I love that you can phone your order through and ten minutes later pick up a freshly cooked stir fry or noodles. We usually get one of their stir frys and cook our own rice in the rice cooker and it makes for an incredibly easy, cheap and healthy meal. Yummo!

Amazing amazing amazing products and service! I sent my husband into their Hobart store while we were on holiday with a list of general things I was interested in, and even he was impressed.

I am particularly keen on their baby products. Their botty butter has cleaned up my baby's rash under his arms and under his neck even when our doctor told me there was nothing I could do. After 4 months of rashes, Beauty and the Bees cured it in 48 hours. Wow! Their baby moisturiser also cleared up the mild eczema on his face in about 3 days. I can't wait for our next Tasmanian holiday so I can go into the store myself and try some more goodies (perhaps for me this time!)

Thanks guys for some a wonderful store and your truely amazing products.

This review is for Absolute Domestics, Melbourne VIC

verified email - 02 Dec 2010

I thought I was just being picky, until I spoke to a colleague who it turned out has used Absolute Domestics as well and gone through 5 different cleaners! I stopped at 2 - what a waste of money.

The first cleaner would just stand around looking about a room (thinking that I couldn't see her) and perhaps wipe a table or counter top before moving onto the next room. Plain old lazy. The second cleaner wasn't lazy, she just had no idea how to clean a house at all. Even after telling her (and writing it down) exactly what I wanted done and what products worked best, she still couldn't clean a bathroom or a floor. How hard can it be to wipe a sink with a cloth (not just swishing plain old water around it and calling that clean) and push a mop over the floor? I found myself re-doing her cleaning which defeats the purpose in hiring a cleaner. I tried Absolute Domestics for 10 weeks thinking things might get better when the cleaners got used to my house, but they actually got worse. My house got dirtier and dirtier as the weeks progressed and I'm now playing catch up to get it in a reasonable condition.

I spoke to the head office about this and they offered no solution for improving the quality of cleaning. They offered me a free clean if I stayed with them, but what's the point in a free clean if I just have to re-do it myself anyway?

Like a previous poster, I was also disappointed that the cleaners choose how they want to be paid, not like it is suggested on the website. Both of my cleaners refused cheques.

I found both cleaners incredibly unreliable. The second one in particular, even though she changed the time she came every week, she still couldn't arrive on time and was always at least 15 minutes late. Sometimes I would get a hour's notice that "I can't come today, can I come tomorrow?"

No, just don't bother coming any more thanks!

This review is for Upper Mt Gravatt Day & Night Medical Centre, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD

I found this to be your average run of the mill doctors surgery. I had a good experience there with one doctor, but my partner had a very bad experience with another so we have not been back. Neither of us found the doctors particularly personable or the reception staff very helpful. We both felt a bit like a number in the system. We have since found a great family medical clinic elsewhere.

I choose to go to T&C after reading the reviews here. I was expecting a good haircut and colour, but left disappointed. I had a look through some of the styling books and discussed the haircut I wanted with the hairdresser, but got nothing like it. The haircut I got has left my hair hard to manage and requires more work than before I got it cut. I also had a colour and the colour was not what I asked for and has severley dried out my hair. I have my hair coloured regularly and have never experienced this level of drying before. I won't be going back.

This review is for Mothers Direct, Malvern East VIC

I had Mothers Direct recommended to me by various people for maternity bras, but to be honest, found their range very disappointing. I was afraid of ending up in something ugly and frumpy and this is exactly what I found there. The fitter was also quite old fashioned and didn't listen to my needs in terms of feeling good in the bra I was wearing. They didn't have much at all that I would consider flattering and certainly nothing in my size (which is a very standard size!). I also found their prices quite a bit higher than other lingerie stores and online sites.

I have been really disappointed with this clinic, both times that I have attended. They are very busy and the doctors rushed me in and out, great if all you want is an antibiotic script but I would be hesitant to go there for anything more serious. The reception staff were not friendly on either of my visits. The third time I was going to go I cancelled the day before my appointment but still got an invoice in the mail for cancelling.
