I recently joined ING Direct to take advantage of their high savings rate and so far I'm very happy with my decision. I've had to call up customer service a few times to activate accounts, ask questions, and they've always been friendly and efficient. The only slight downside, and when I say slight I mean tiny downside is that it's an online only bank, so you won't find branches anywhere. Other than that, ING Direct is a fantastic bank with amazing interest rates.

I've been with Bankwest for almost 5 years now and I have never had an issue with them. The staff at this branch are generally friendly and very efficient. The branch is very clean and bright, doesn't give a boring bank feeling to it. I'd recommend anyone to join Bankwest, they give great interest rates and are very reliable.

This is one of the larger Peter Alexander stores around so they stock quite a bit. The items are very expensive but the designs are usually quite unique and packaged in an even cuter way. I've had generally pleasant staff help me choose items, but I would most likely wait for a sale rather than buy regular price.

Very pretty pyjamas and accessories! I love the colour scheme of the store, always warm pastel colours with well coordinated displays. This store is located away from all the main shops so it can be a bit hard to find if you're new to the center. The prices are very pricey though, if you're not willing to pay full price wait for a sale or head down to DFO Homebush.

Very spacious cafe with heaps of seating indoors and outdoors. The food is okay, averagely priced for uni food and the staff are always looking busy. If you're after something a bit tastier or a more quiet atmosphere, try the Whitehouse.

Great alternative to the food courts. The wedges and chips are delicious and there's seating indoors and outdoors. The furniture is quite comfy and staff are generally friendly. Great place to go on a sunny day if you're on campus.

Lucky for me my doctor always tells me to come at a specific time so the most I ever wait is ten minutes. There is lots of parking available which is very convenient. I can see how some people have had a problem with reception, they're not the friendliest and can look quite annoyed. However the doctors are very professional and efficient.

Amazingly large screen, and the seats are quite close to the screen so it's best to get seats furthest away. However the prices are very expensive, so I only go IMAX if its a really good movie. If you sign up to IMAX club they will send you coupons and specials every now and then.

This place has a decent selection of clothes and accessories, you're probably bound to find at least one thing you like. There are staff located a each entrance to greet you and all other staff members seem pretty stressed because it gets very busy. Despite the great atmosphere and cool tunes, the prices are way too expensive for the quality of the clothes.

Definitely a great place to go with a group of friends to enjoy steak and ribs. Their prices are what you'd expect, a little bit expensive so not really a place to go on a regular basis. I went on a weeknight and there didn't seem to be enough staff. I was given the wrong main and the staff member appeared extremely stressed, often jogging across the restaurant. However the food was tasty and very filling.
