great central place to stay in Melbourne , rooms are goos - food is good & the prices are reasonable given the quality would definitely recommend as a decent place to stay

changed the old light fittings to new led ones = heaps brighter & nearly halved my electricity bill. also changed the switchboard to a new one with safety switches - heaps easier to use and much safer. Nicest trades type people I've ever had through the house - usually think im being ripped off in one way or another - not these guys - couldn't have been more helpfull
