I’ve used a range of his services including a new custom bike build, servicing maintenance and general tweaks and adjustments from time to time. His attention to detail and knowledge that he openly shares is second to none. He is very friendly and always on time for appointments. He explains what’s going on with your bike and I find him extremely trustworthy. He has come to my home and my work to service my bikes, which is very convenient, and put simply I think he’s the best at what he does. Every appointment was kept and on time, the quote was extremely detailed and the solution was exactly what we were looking for. Dan and his team from the lead installer Andy right down to the juniors were very professional and respectful of our home. The installation was completed with precision and their enthusiasm towards hard work was very impressive. Nothing was a problem and all of our requests were met with confidence.
