When I went to take my test in one of their cars, I discovered (after taking the afternoon off work, paying for the test and the hire of the car and instructor) that the car was not roadworthy. This resulted in loss of time and money for me, which the company refused to reimburse or even apologise. They said, "These things happen." What do? Driving instructors' cars not being roadworthy? I hope not.
Apart from that, my instructor was quiet and not very adept at explaining the concepts of manual driving to me.
