I really like this place. I think it's one of the best pubs on Sydney rd. inside is awesome for live gigs and the beer garden is fantastic especially during the summer. It had quite an eclectic atmosphere and you'll meet all types of people here as it caters for a variety of tastes

You can't go wrong with the $12 roast of the day special on sundays and the give you a generous serving of meat and gravy.

The only thing that is disappointing is the service - it's like the staff hate being there, just a general nonchalance-ness amongst the door/bar/waiting staff. I mean I know it's Bruncwick and hipster territory but still it wouldn't kill them to crack a smile (even an ironic one)!

Also when I was here for dinner with a group of mates & we ordered literally seconds between each other but the food was extremely slow coming out. We didn't want the food to get cold so we just told them to go ahead and start their meals. By the time theirs finished, the last of the meals we coming out. Pretty poor effort...

But if you dont mind the bad service it's still a great place to command hang out for a few bevvys

I've been here a few times for lunch and once for dinner.
The meals are nice and what you'd expect typical cafe food to be. I chose this place for lunch as I was lunching with a friend of mine who had a baby in toe so needed somewhere she could easily maneuvere a pram - this place was pram friendly :) and the staff we very helpful and assisted.

It's a good place to get a nice quick bite to eat or grab a coffee

I love this supermarket! Although some things maybe a little more expensive than your big chain stores i feel assured that the fresh produce is all Australian and I think it actually lasts longer in my fridge crisper for longer.

The bakery here - OMG - SO GOOOOOOD! Delicious! You gotta try the pear and ricotta tart! Awesome :)

The cafe serves delicious food and I often get my lunch here as they have a great selection of baguettes, sandwiches and a variety of hot food - all good value too. It gets very busy during the lunch time rush hour so get in quick!

The only thing is that I wish that they opened a little longer in the evenings so that you can shop there after work

I went here on the weekend for a few drinks with mates. It had a great atmosphere, loved the decor and I found it to be a really cool bar. Later In the night it does get pretty crowded so you are waiting a little extra time for your next drink but that's like all popular places.

They have a function room updstairs so I'll definitely keep this place in mind when wanting to organize a social event.

Didn't sample any of the food but the staff were delivering these juicy looking mini burgers to the function Room that looked amazing so I'll come back here soon to try out their menu.

I've been here a couple of times recently and really like it. It has a very homey cozyfeel about it. The past couple of times I've been here I've been greeted at the door with a warm welcome which was really nice

I like sitting on the couches at the back and catching up with a mates over a couple of bevvys. They decor is very mix-and-match and they have various knack-knacks, posters, travel souvenirs, postcards etc to decorate the walls

I haven't been here in summer but I'd imagine that it would amazing - they have a great beer garden at the back. It is heated so you can still enjoy it during winter as well

Highly recommend Tazio! Great good and the cocktails are more AMAZING!

Try the Sorbeto #2... the best! If i wasn't restricting my alcohol intake this month i would be downing one of these straight after work :P

Very yummy pizzas and they have a great menu board. I always like to support the smaller business rather than go with the bigger pizza chains and this one is one of the best in the area.

Fast delivery and they have an excellent special for Tuesday nights

Always a great place to hang out for coffee and a bite to eat. It's always busy but the staff are really helpful and will get you seated as soon as a table is available (I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes).

Great cafe food and I would highly recommend their bruschetta - one of the best I've had. It's under their starters/entree but it's big enough for a main and absolutely deLISH!

I love a good bowl of Ramen just as much as anyone however I didn't feel that this was the best ramen I've ever had. It left a rather unusal after taste (maybe it was the extra pork i ordered?) so I wasn't able to get through my entire bowl

Service was lovely friendly and helpful though so no complaints there

Great little Greek restaurant with all the traditional greek food you know and love. Have been here a couple of times for dinner with family and friends. It's good to get the tasting platter to share that has a variety of BBQ/ grilled meats.

Also can't go past the grilled octopus and calamari - delicious!
