If you love delicious home made spicy curries you must try Spice Corner. Fantastic food and great value for money!
I've only ever had their take-away lunch packs but you can eat in and they also do a dinner service. You select a couple of dishes that they have ready in the bay-marie. While the food is not made-to-order the selection they have for you should not disappoint.

Great little cafe and has a great range of food - different selections everyday both hot food and great salad selection.

I do find that everything is a little hit-and-miss with this café though. The food is generally pretty good but the price and the qty of food you get will depend on who serves you on the day – not very consistent.

Some of the staff members are very friendly (some of them recognise you from previous visits which I find is excellent customer service!) where others should just try smiling every now and then.

My favourite sushi place in Melbourne! This has got to be the best sushi train in VIC! I've been back time and time again :)

Although it is a small restaurant, it is intimate and has a great vibe. The food is consistently fresh and caters to all palettes - My partner isn't a huge fan of raw fish / sashimi dishes but loves the rice paper rolls, goyzas, and the variety of tempura fried delicacies.

The staff are always friendly and provide great service.
This place is very popular so I would recommend booking seats

For a quick, cheap and tasty eat that will have leave you full and satisfied, I would definitely recommend Laksa King for sure (if you finish your meal before 6-6.30, you get 10% off your meal)

The food comes out minutes after ordering which is always good if you're particularly hungry. The service is a little bit lacking but I wasn't expecting much given how busy the restaurant is.

I've always gone for the laksa but have sampled other things on their menu and loved it. Also love the Asian deserts!

I've been here several times and is one of my favourite go-to restaurants as its in a great location, close to public transport and has delicious food.

I love their banquet options which are great value for money. I've read other reviews regarding the time it takes to get food out but have never had to wait too long at all.

There are a few Thai restaurants on Mt Alexander Rd (within walking distance from each other) and this is definitely my favourite and has me going back time and time again.

Had a fantastic experience with Essentially Bare Skin Clinic!
I bought an online voucher for $29 for an eyebrow tint, eyebrow thread and eyelash tint.
Swati, my eyebrow/lash consultant, is amazing. She is very friendly and as it was my first time to get this type of treatment kindly advised the various steps involved throughout the process so that I knew exactly what was going on.
She did an amazing job and I am very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend her services enough! I'm definitely becoming a regular client. The regular cost for an eyebrow tint/thread is $27 which I believe to be great value. I've shopped around for this service and know that it can be quite expensive depending on where you go.
Essentially Bare Skin Clinic also provides many other skin care services that I will be checking out on my return visits.

I purchased one of those online vouchers which gave me a cut, L'Oreal colour or half head of foils and OPI manicure.

The salon was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and made their clients feel at ease. My hairdresser was lovely and very easy to talk to so overall their customer service was top notch – at the end of my appointment they offered to give me the same deal for the same price on my next visit which I appreciated.

I might just be a fussy customer but there were however, a couple of things that didn't really sit right for me with this salon. For example the voucher I purchased offered a L'Oreal colour and the colour board they gave me to consult with was not of a brand I had heard of before, nor was it L'Oreal for that matter. My manicure wasn't OPI either – it was Revlon – I didn't see one OPI colour in their selection. Also I don't believe they washed my hair with salon quality shampoo/conditioner (neither was the free treatment they gave me) – it looked like the same Schwarzkopf you see at your local supermarket (having said that I know that Schwarzkopf have a salon quality product – I just wasn't sure if they used it here…)

When you go to the hairdresser you expect salon quality products to be used as I consider it a bit of a treat to go to the salon (even though it was an online voucher) – it kind of just felt like you were having a girls day at a girlfriends house.

I wasn't too bummed though because the staff there provided excellent customer service, gave great hair care advice, and at the end of the day my hair turned out pretty good.

This review is for Fairytale Bridal, Maribyrnong VIC

I found that the customer service was great when I was there looking for a dress. Unfortunately that is when the good customer service stopped. When my dress was paid for in full it was like they didn't want to help me any further which was incredibly disappointing.

Throughout the paying-off period I felt that there was no personal connection with their customers (e.g. they didn't recognise who I was despite the fact I spoke to them every other week and visited the store on numerous occasions) and they were not very helpful when I asked them their advice despite the fact that one consultant claimed to have 20 years experience. I'm sure she would have has a wealth of knowledge that she could have shared if she wanted to!

I do understand that they deal with many brides on a day to day basis however much can be done to improve on their customer service.

It seems that they have forgotten that buying a wedding dress is one of the most exciting and memorable experiences in a woman's life - if a bride receives great service it will be remembered and vice versa.

On another note the lady contracted by Fairytale Bridals to alter my dress was absolutely wonderful and must be commended. She was the one that made the whole experience enjoyable. If I was to recommend a dress making to my friends I would give them her number as she could make the exact dress you want with 10 times the customer service the bridal boutiques offer.
