We had our underfloor ducts replaced for our ducted heating as they had been in for 23 years and had deteriorated. Also we needed the configuration of the duct work to be altered to cater for an extension which had been added.

All in all I would definitely call them again when we need to purchase a new furnace or require any future ducted heating/cooling work.
