Appallingly bad service experience! While the technicians were good with installing our unit, they completely dropped the ball when it came to servicing. The technician did not turn up on the day the service was booked for. When I called the office, I was advised the technicians don't always run on time and might be unable to stick to the 4 hour block they commit to. When calling the office again an hour after the nominated 4 hour block, the technician was still not contactable. Was promised a call half an hour before his arrival, neither the call was made, nor did he ever turn up!!!
