I bought a Canon 60D DSLR with two lenses and a spare battery. Before the order had shipped, I decided to upgrade to a better lens which was all done easily and very smoothly. After the camera arrived, the spare battery was not working properly so I returned it and a replacement was promptly sent out. Email communication was excellent throughout. I'll definitely be using this company again.
