Pretty standard practice. Always quite easy to get an appointment, and they're conveniently open until 7pm on a weeknight. They're pretty keen on vaccinations, though don't seem to over-service or recommend costly and unnecessary treatments/investigations.

Had a package of treatments, including facial, wrap, and massage, with 3 friends. It was a pleasant enough way to while away a morning, though this establishment lacks the "je ne sais quoi" of more prestigious spas. The decor and furnishings were in need of an update, and there were no special touches. Some of the finer points of modesty/privacy were overlooked. There were only 3 therapists for the 4 of us, so the usual procedure of towels being held up as you turn over or get changed wasn't observed. I'd never seen my friends in nothing but a pair of paper undies before!! Also, because of the uneven client:therapist ratio, you felt like you were on a process line, with therapists frantically swapping around so that our packages would be complete within similar timeframes. It was a pretty cheap package, but I think the duration and quality of the treatments reflected this.

Locked myself out of the house upon leaving for work. Rang Allkey to arrange to be let in after work. The guy who attended was a bit patronising in his manner, not what you need when you're already upset at yourself. It took him a split second to open the door, and he then proceeded to charge me $165. Not sure if this was an after-hours rate, but I would have been happy to meet them during business hours, had I been informed there was a price difference.

Dined here with a friend on a Saturday night. We were the only diners, and the waitress stood very close to us most of the evening (great if you need anything, not so good if you want to have a private conversation). Food pretty average - I think they'd used Masterfood dried garlic flakes on the garlic naan, and the curries lacked complexity of flavour.

I love this place! I visit regularly for takeaway or to dine in. The food is amazing - the best Indian I've had in Melbourne; I recommend the samosas, chicken makhani, and garlic naan! Reasonably priced, and BYO wine allowed. Krishna is even busy mid-week, which is a testament to the place, considering its location in a small, quiet suburban shopping strip. The staff are friendly, and though the decor's not stunning, I'm very pleased to have Krishna as my local!

Screen on my notebook computer wasn't working. Was charged $33 for a quote (apparently this was a discounted price!), only to be told that they had mis-diagnosed the problem, but the cost of repair would be about the same. It all started to sound like they just didn't know what they were doing, and I decided not to proceed with the job. Took the computer elsewhere, where they gave me a free quote, the quote being less than half what this place had quoted for the same work.

This review is for Beletti Restaurant Cafe Bar, Dandenong VIC

Went to the main public eatery for mid-week lunch with colleague. The decor there is a bit cold and clinical, but certainly better than most Dandenong dining establishments. Had the warm chicken salad, which turned out to be more like a stodgy stir-fry, and not the nice light salad I had envisaged (can you call it a salad when the entire dish is cooked?). My colleague had the pumpkin risotto, which she thought was a bit bland. Coffee was good. Pricing was a little higher than you would expect to pay for lunch in this kind of an eatery.

My workplace also had its Christmas break-up lunch in one of the function rooms. The decor was absolutely lovely; plush, modern, and stylish. The food was plentiful, but again, not well executed.

Pleasant enough restaurant, which has been around for some years. Went here for dinner with family. The food is quite flavoursome, and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the decor and menu are in dire need of a facelift; very daggy and stuck in the 70s/80s.

This review is for Cheltenham Custom Framing, Cheltenham VIC

Had a painting framed here. Staff very professional and seemed to know their stuff, though perhaps place a little too much emphasis on how they think your picture should be framed, rather than your own preferences. Framing was done within the quoted timeframe, and staff alerted you when product was ready, so there was no chasing. Finished product looked lovely, and work was of a high quality.

Took advantage of a midweek offer of a colour/cut/blowdry package for $65. Staff were lovely, easy to chat to. Very happy with the colour, but the cut was a bit quick and slap-dash.
