This review is for Great Earth Health Shop, Melbourne VIC

Great Earth health foods looks like yet another place that sells protein powder and vitamins from the outside. While they do, they also have a large range of specialty food and drink beyond that, hard to see from the outside. Herbal teas, natropathic remedies, allergen free foods and most of their staff are have training in natural medicine of some variety and have great product knowledge. A fantastic place for advice or a snack when you're in the city.

This review is for Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, Armadale VIC

I once loved Crust pizzas. They have fantastic toppings and are generally a cut above the average pizza delivery place. Then I became gluten intolerant and was so happy to find that they made gluten free pizzas. However, they should have mentioned that they only have gluten free BASES with their staff not mentioning whether the toppings selected are full of gluten or not. On top of this, the allergen information provided was directly contradicted by the information provided by staff.

This tiny shop is packed full of gluten free treats and staples. For the gluten intolerants of the world, this place has pretty much everything - even a list of gluten free friendly places to eat out in the area!

This review is for Moka Gigi, Brunswick VIC

This place is tiny. Squeezed between a chip shop and an internet place, Moka Gigi is worth finding though. The customers seem to all be regulars, smiling and chatting happily with the owner who is making coffees at a rapid pace. Great coffee, great Fraus hot chocolate, wonderfully warming breakfasts and a chance to have your own local where people really will remember your name.

This review is for Harba, Mornington VIC

With lovely views over the park and the ocean, Harba is comfortable and old style decadent. With a special gluten free menu that is just as extensive as the regular menu, and both equally tasty, this restaurant is definately worth a look. While the service was slow, the amount of apologies from the one waitress suggest that this isn't the norm.

This review is for Spiga Bar, Melbourne VIC

With lovely ambience and smiling staff, Spiga Bar is a wonderful place for a meal out in the city. The food was excellent and they are happy to allow for diet issues, such as allergies and low carb diets (without making an issue of it).
