I still prefer the old shop when it just had lollies. The new shop no longer focuses on lollies and sweets but is more about average cafe food and average coffee. The tables are small and barely fit two people on if you order food. Cool hang out for grannies. A bit of a wait on food that is pre-made and just being heated...

I had a much better experience at the Mentone venue than the South Melbourne venue. All the girls working there were really nice. I was happy with my hair and the stylist really paid attention to what I wanted. Would be happy to go back again..

So much neater than myspace and easier to use. The setting are easy to adjust if you don't want ads or rubbish coming your way. Its easy to find people and create groups and photo albums to share with others. The applications are good time wasters as well :o)

After collecting quote after quote for our business, chef's hat beat them all. Their range is fantastic and there are heaps of specials on all the time. I am missing Patrick, their sales rep, who left recently. He was always around when I would go in and went out of his way to be of help.

At the end of my visit I was happy with my hair however I don't think I will be returning since the staff seem to have a slight attitude problem. Upon arriving I was greeted by the only friendly staff member. I was seated and pretty much just sat there until another staff member remembered to bring me some forms to fill out. I filled them out and continued to sit there, until someone remembered I was still there. I was one of two clients in the place so its not like I was waiting because it was busy. The girl washing my hair didn't say one word to me. My hair stylist barely spoke except when his next appointment arrived and he was all smiles to her.

I thought that perhaps it was just me or almost everyone in the place was having a bad day but my partner went there just a few weeks ago and he got the same treatment.

I have been here 3 times and each time I went, I found that I liked my hair that little bit less from the previous visit, despite having the same thing done but the same stylist. The first time the result was awesome, the second time it just wasn't the same quality and the third time was alright but nothing great. I had 3/4 foils and cut each time. I have since changed salons because I was becoming less and less happy with the result.

Great place for kids to see farm animals. The little cafe has some nice food and a very kid-friendly menu. Sunday is definitely the time to go if you want to save some money on the entry fee and spend it on breakfast and bags of animal feed. However, week days are fairly quiet and you'll probably have a much better time without the crowds. Remember to check out the baby animals in the shed and pat the guinea pigs.

I wouldn't really refer to Routley's as a restaurant as the other reviewer has. Nor is it really a cafe or a bar. Its a cake shop that serves food and drinks. The cakes are of similar quality to those found at Coles across the road, perhaps slightly more sophisticated, though not by much. The coffee is awful and hot and large. Walking past you can see the horrid tin shaped white bread loaves in the window...

I had my little kitten treated here and over the course of his 6 week treatment I got to met every vet that works here. Each one is great. They are all patient and genuinely care about the well being of your pet. They are open late on certain days which is great for people who work long days.

Never had to wait long before my appointment either.

The service was friendly and it was interesting to try African beer but the food was disappointing. My partners dish arrived lukewarm and I found a pebble in mine! Of the three juices available there was only one in stock on a Thursday night. Portion sizes were also very small for the price we were charged.
