People are saying the products are expensive but they are all of excellent quality and all true foodies will appreciate the wide variety of imported goods on offer.

The staff are friendly and make a good coffee. The owner is usually there and is very pleasant and always smiling while he is working behind the counter.

Paul's cooking is great. The coffee is the best in Sandringham. Staff are always friendly and will remember you after a couple of visits.

Keep an eye out for the hardcore little emo kid in the kitchen :o)

The soy coffee is awesome here. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. The cake choices are your standard cafe cakes with no dairy-free choices available. The wait staff was kind enough to check through the ingredients lists of all their cakes and cookies for me :o)

Being wheat-intolerant and allergic to dairy, I'm always on the look out for a cafe which can accommodate my dietary needs.

The range of gluten-free products was rather small, offering only 3 gluten-free mini-cupcake sized desserts which were unfortunately priced quite dearly. The gluten-free fig and walnut loaf (mentioned in their review) was nowhere to be found. Gluten-free bread comes in two types of sour-dough: with seeds and without.

The soy latte I order was rather unpleasant as was the dairy latte my partner order.

I had heard many great things about this place from friends and was eager to give it a try.

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant where throughout the night people were walking past us constantly. The staff are friendly and willing to help out with the menu for first timers. The restaurant runs on a ticket system. You queue at the buffet and exchange your pre-purchased ticket for a meal of your choice. The line to the buffet can get rather long though.

Although the portion sizes of the food are large, I was rather disappointed with the taste. There is just something unappealing about food that is sitting in a bain marie all night.

The dessert was probably the most appealing part of my dining experience. There are a variety of appetizing cakes on offer.

Don't believe the hype surrounding this place. It's really rather average. The restaurant has a great view which can be peacefully enjoyed if you are lucky enough to get a window seat.

Situated amongst the gorgeous buildings of King William Road, dim lighting, heavy drapes, comfy couches and private booths are what make up the cozy atmosphere of this venue.

Even after midnight, you can find the place filled with friends coming together for a late meal or a warm hot chocolate.

Meals and drinks are available until closing time. A large variety of coffees, teas and hot chocolates are available.

I would go back just for the atmosphere, although the hot chocolates aren't too bad either. I wish we had something like this down in Melbourne.

It's best to get in early as this place fills up quickly and there are no bookings. Despite waiting an hour for a table, we were quickly seated when we came back and given a spearmint tea. We were then given a verbal menu. Waiting staff were very friendly and inquired about allergies while taking our order.

We chose the banquet for $16 each which consisted of a large entree of pita bread and a variety of dips. I was given a bowl of carrots instead of pita bread due to my wheat intolerance.

The main was 3 different Moroccan dishes, each accompanied by saffron rice. Each dish was delectable and filling.

The dessert was two Moroccan cakes, which were delicious.

This place was great. I will definitely be returning. There are also a variety of soups on the menu that I'm eager to try.

This review is for Ingrid's Haven, Sunday Creek VIC

Ingrid has a big heart and is truly an amazing lady. Anyone who visits the haven will be able to see how much love and care Ingrid has given to all cats and kittens staying with her.

We recently adopted a gorgeous cat that was recommended to us by Ingrid and we couldn't be happier. He is exactly what we were looking for.

We always tell people about Ingrid's haven when they ask about our cat and will continue to do so in future.

Our cat came desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed and flea treated, as do all the other cats and kitten available from Ingrid's haven.

Approximate cost: $75 for an adult cat
