The food quality, service and menu selection are excellent. The hot fish and garlic chicken are to die for.Humous and Tabbouleh are the best I have ever had.Every dish comes with incredible quanity.Food is delicious and fresh every time. It's about 30-35 per head but so satisfying once in a while.Place is always packed but staff are accommodating.Complimentary bread and dips ease the waiting time.Everything is so tasty I am never left with room for desert.Must try if you love Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine.

I had a hair treatment and cut with blow wave on a discount voucher.I was greeted and served very nicely with latest magazines and drinks. The treatment was amazing and made an immediate difference to my dry and damaged hair. The massage was brief but very relaxing. My hairdresser was friendly and listened to all my needs and concerns.I didn't like my hair cut a lot it was not what I was after.I concluded that she couldn't style my thick Asian hair very well. But the blow wave was great! she was kind enough to give me GHD curls for my event in the same voucher. The finish was amazing and they lasted for 2 days in summer heat. She did recommend me some Aveda products for my hair but wasn't pushy at all! Overall a great cut if you are looking for a basic style and good quality treatments.

I had a Scoopon and had immense difficulty getting an appointment.Apparently they had a massive response and were exceeding their capacity. At one time I had booked the appointment on phone, went there to find out that it wasn't actually recorded. They also prioritize their full price customers. There were a couple of Scoopon customers who had walked in there to complain about appointments. When I finally received my spa services,I was absolutely pleased with the quality. The massage, exfoliation and hair treatment were the best I had ever had.Products used smelled amazing.I was compensated with a free mini pedicure as well which included a nice soak and scrub. The hair treatment left my hair soft and silky for days.I had never felt so relaxed and pampered in any other spa.Stone massage was ultimate TLC.My therapist was friendly and caring. However they don't provide complimentary shampoo with the treatment which in my opinion can definitely add value. My service was finished with a light snack and offer to purchase the same voucher on the spot.I reckon they need to assess their capacity and busy periods when offering discount vouchers in order to avoid inconvenienced and angry customers.

I have been there thrice and everytime there is a wait for minimum 20 mins past my appointment time.I consult Dr.Petra and find her extremely considerate and professional. She knows what she's talking about and I don't feel awkward asking silly questions.Receptionist and pathologist are very friendly. They have in house pathology and you can claim medicare rebate at time of payment as well.Overall my experience has been good.
