Excellent fruit shop. They stock everything you could want - lovely fresh fruit and vegetables plus huge range of asian veges (great for stir-fry). Every is nice and fresh and lasted us (stayed fresh) for considerably longer than fruit / vege fromthe supermarkets.
Recently you can even see Mal himself int he shop (every now and then.... I haven't seen him every time I've been in!!!)
The staff are friendly and know their stuff.... on a few occassions I have asked them about certain veges that I don't use and asked how to prepare & cook with them, the staff were very knoweldgable and helpful.

What fabolous food!!! I can't go past their panckaes for breakfast and their club sandwich for lunch. The servings are HUGE and I often have leftovers for afternoon tea... yummy.
The staff are great and make an awesome coffee.
They have indoor and outdoor seating.
If you are heading this way, they closed early at around 3.30, but they open at 7am. Open 7 days a week. Great little place.....

What an awesome product... wish i had come across it years ago. They have slip on ocvers for the kids school books instead of horrible, time consuming contact book wraps. These covers come in amazing colours and there are even a few printed designs.
The most economical way to purchase is the multi packs - these include a range of exercise book sized covers; a$ sized book covers and scrap book sized covers.
A friend told me about these covers and she was able to re-use her book covers for a few years before they were too trashed and she needed to replace them, so in the end good value for money.

We have always gone to Watch Works for our watch repairs and replacement bands etc. I had to go back there recently to have my daughters watch band replaced. Turns out that in today's throw away society, it is cheaper to buy to whole new watch than to replace the band!!
I was disaapointed by this fact, as the watch itself was working perfectly fine.... but that gripe is not so much with the store as it is with the way of the world.
We selected a very similar watch to the one we had and it cost $30.00 (a nice silver fface with silver link band). the lady working there, resized it for my daughters wrist and the best part is that it comes with a 12 month warranty. At the price I paid, this was a pleasant surprise.
They have a HUGE range of watches and they are regularly all on special for $30 - you can't go wrong!!

Newly opened and waht a lovely experience we had. This is a family friendly restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and lovely to our children. The food was equally as great.
They have so much variety that it is difficult to choose what to have. They have pasta dishes; steak; fish dishes and Turkish food - I wish I had taken a menu so that I could list more that is available.
My kids had pasta dishes, while my husband had steak and I a wonderful mixed plate of turkish food. Then there was dessert..... I love turkish delight and baklava. There goes the diet, but there's always tomorrow to worry about that!

Wow it's like you stepped into an old fashioned restuaratn in Tripoli. The decor in the restuarant is nice but the murals on the wall are very old fashioned, but that IS typical of Lebanese restaurant. There are MANY Leb restaurants by a similar name, but make sure you come to this one on Haldon Street, Lakemba - it is the BEST!!!!
They have everything you could want.... tabouli, mezza; kufta; falafel; dips - hommos and baba ghanoush.
Everything is presented really nicely and the servings are very generous.
when I'm in Sydney, this is the first place I want to eat!!!!

This was recently launched and the name of the business is a bit confusing as they serve mostly Mediterrean food. They have everything you would hope to find in a great Lebanese restaurant. They also have burgers; pizza; kebabs and sooo much more.
They have breakfast menus right through to dinner. Eat in or takeaway.
We had the mezza (a sampleof many Leb dishes) and it was fabulous. My favourite dishes are fool for breakfast (this is a traditional arab breakfast made from beans - nothing like baked beans though!!!). I also love the fattoush, falafel and baba ghanoush.

What a great place for authentic Lebanese food. With Lebanese relatives, I can say that this is probably the best Leb food in Brisbane I have had not counting home cooking. This food tastes like home cooking. from the mixed plate with kufta and chicken to the dips of hommus abnd of course the sweets...everything is great.
Generous servings and soooo much to choose from.
Can't wait to go back

We left a little underwhelmed. We were initially so excited after looking over the menu but were sadly disappointed to find that many of the items we wanted to eat were not available that day. I'm not sure if this a regular occurance or if we just caught them on a busy or bad day....
The food we did eat was nice, but nothing to write home about.
The staff had very little personality and were really quite abrupt. But again, maybe it was a bad day.
Don't think I will go there again. There are other local businesses serving similar food that are fantastic!

A delightful little hidden gem. If you didn't know this place was there you may miss it. The menu is fantastic with dishes from authentic Turkish food to more western dishes like burgers.
Everything is cooked fresh and are generous servings. A firm favourite with my kids are the chicken burgers. We have also had the beef burgers... there is so much more on the menu that we are yet to try..... We always seem to go back to the same satisfying dishes we had last time.
