My daugthers school used these photographers for the class photos, they also did awesome portraits of each child. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the work with the most expensive package being $43.00.
I loved being able to order the photos online instead of trying to find the exact money to put into multiple children's envelopes. A real time saver and fantastic service.

Tiddlywinks in not in our local ara but we went for a family birthday party. It was lovely. My kids had a ball - there were themed areas in the play centre for the little ones (like a castle area and dressup area.... really cute).
Like most indoor play centres, there was a big 3 story play area for the older children. What set it apart from the other centres I have been to, was the cannon and balls (a bit like they have in an area at Dreamworld) and the big slide that you use a mat on and of course the disco!!! Even my older daughters who like to think they are getting too old for this type of place (ages 11 & 12) had a ball and played the whole time we were there.
A great day out for the family. i would even consider driving over that side of town just to have a play (particularly on a dull and dreary Sunday!)

This is the best local fruit shop in my area. The prices are excellent and the best thing is that you are not compromising on quality (often when you pay good or cheaper prices, you basically get rubbish fruit and vege).
At Crisp on Creek, I can shop once a fortnight and all the fruit & vege stays fresh until we have eaten it all. It can get very busy in the carpark, but well worth the trip.

This review is for Looksmart Carindale, Carindale QLD

We have been going toLooksmart for years now. Enny is a darling. She has gotten to know our whole family. She can alter ANYTHING so professionally. I love getting jeans taken up by her. You will never guess they have been altered - the finish is unbeatable.
It may be a little expensive - but I think it is important to remember that her rents would be so expensive in a major shopping centre. I would rather her charge a bit more and STAY in Carindale Westfield, than to have her move out into the suburbs (not so convenient) and pay a bit less for the service.
She can have pants ready for you in 1 hour - while you have a coffee!!!!

Approximate cost: $23.90

My daughters high school use this company to make their uniforms. We needed some uniforms custom made for us and UMS were brilliant. They provided exactly what we needed and the fit was perfect. Best of all, the uniforms were ready on short notice before school commenced.
A wonderful local company - great to see businesses still manufacturing in Australia (and better yet right in our local area) and not outsourcing to China. Local jobs - support this great local business.
I will be recommending this company to my children's sporting teams for team shirts etc.

I recently went to the Garden City Pancake Manor (first time there). It was fabulous. I definately want to come back soon with my family - the kids will love it.
Pancakes are delightfully fluffy and super tasty. I had the pancakes with berries (can't remember the exact dish name)... it was very nice. I also had a lovely hot chocolate.
A lovely treat for a special occassion.
Staff were nice and the food was brought out quite quickly.

I remember going to the Pancake Manor in the City when I was in high school.... ahhh the memories. Will create some new memories at Garden City with my kids!!!

These guys are great and are really dedicated to caring for animals. We had a situation where we ended up with a stray kitten (only a few week sold). This poor little guy was flea ridden and majorly malnurished. I took him up to the vet for advice on what to feed him and how to care for him. They happily explained everything for me (and didn't charge for the consultation).
During the course of the first week, I had this little guy to the vet 2 or 3 times to address my concerns. Never was I charged and was always treated kindly and professionally.
In the second week of caring for my little stray, he was not eating and was found almost lifeless, I was distraught.... called the vet, they said bring him right up. We were seen instantly and the poor little guy was put to sleep as he had major head trauma. In hindsight, the vet said this was why the mum had abandoned him. Again we were not charged for these services.
Great service, great people who are about animals.... what more do you want from a vet!!!!

This review is for The Cat Clinic, Mount Gravatt QLD

We had a situation with our cat who had injured himself early on a Sunday morning. We were so grateful to know about this clinic (not our regular vet clinic).
We took our cat in and were seen to almost immediately. My cat had to have surgery to stitch his wounds up and stay overnight with them. This was a very expensive but my cat was well cared for. I was comfortable to leave him there, especially as it is only a cat clinic, so no dog noises to further traumatise him.
I wouldn't think twice about taking my cat there again for anything serious. Not our regular vet, as we have a vet a few hundred metres from our house (but wasn't open in our emergency).

Peter is an honest and wonderfully caring dentist. I will not allow anyone else to work on my family's teeth. He is wonderful with children - when my daughter needed a filling, she was naturally a bit scared as she hadn't experienced this before. Peter told her to put her hand up if she needed an break. Best of all, when she did put her hand up, he immediately stopped and allowed her to rest before continuing the treatment. This earned my daughters trust and my respect!
We get all our basic dental work done with Peter and my boys get custom fitted mouthguards each year for rugby league.

Where others would give flowers, I give a bouquet from Edible Blooms. As the business name suggestions, they make bouquets from edible treats like chocolates; fruit and cake pops. I have sent these both personally and to business clients and they are ALWAYS impressed. IN fact I sent one to myself this year, as I was getting jealous and really wanted to have one too!!!!
Yes they can be expensive, but so can flowers. I would rather this edible gift any day over some flowers!
