My bull arab x staffy loves this stuff as much as he loves his raw meat and bones and much more than he likes any of the other dry dog foods. It looks and smells nutritional (I can smell molasses especially). It was recommended to me by a kelpie owner whose dog was addicted, it was all she ate. I call it 'dog muesli' cos that's what it looks like, its not pellets, the mixture can vary slightly from pack to pack but is always muesli coloured, there is a pink tinge through some of the muesli which ive gathered is from added nutritional supplements.
If you have a fussy dog they may have trouble adjusting to the muesli and its consistency.
Ive only ever bought it in big 16kg bags which is a lot of dog food (especially if your dog didnt like). At $35 a bag it works out to be quite a cheap feed as a little goes a long way, my dogs usually eat it on its own but it blends well and is fantastic to mix in with raw meat or scraps. I sometimes add a sliced banana and my bull arab x just gorges himself, with muesli stuck all over his snout its also funny to watch:D

NB @ReecesCheckYaPieces "..One is left to wonder whether the manufactures would be prepared to personally consume the product.." I have no doubt they would, this is not like normal disgusting meaty pet food.

Approximate cost: $35 16kg
