I called "the plumbing professor" after not being able to get in touch with my plumber I usually use. I left a message and within the hour they had called to say they would be around within 2 hours. Warren called to let me know that he was on his way and when he did arrive he informed me that my hot water service needed to be replaced. Warren had the new hot water service to my house within half and hour and proceeded to install the new service. I highly recommend this company for any repairs you need done.
