Came here with Fiance and Friend as it was good to see a Korean BBQ restaurant in Moonee Ponds. It's a nice size inside and each table has the inset BBQ with enough space for plates drinks condiments. Menu is small, and we were disappointed to not find Banquet options for the BBQ. They do however serve Pork and seafood which is a nice option having just had beef. They do not however server OX tongue or Beef Brisket which is disapppointing. The Rice is delicious, however not enough kim chi or Lettuce. The Soup is fantastic and tastier than i have had at other Korean BBQ places. The chef is very nice and asked me during the meal if everything was OK. The meal itself was great. Tasty. The desert menu is nice, we had Icecream and the serve is enough for two people, however I was still hungry after dinner and was able to easily finish it on my own. Green Tea Ice -cream was delicious as was the Red Bean Ice-cream (my standout favourite) but the Black seasame icecream is too strong. The price is good, 114 dollars for 3 people with drinks, soup, meat and dessert.

What lets this place down is the lack of an liquor licence. No Beer or Soju. Korean Bbq or any Bbq is not the same without a nice beer and some cold soju to go with it. I would give it a higher rating if I went back and they were offering Beer and Soju and had beef brisket and ox tongue also with a nice banquet menu. But having said that, it is good to see a Korean Bbq restaurant amongst the Thai, Indian and Greek Restaurants along Mount Alexander road. I hope they stay in business.

This review is for Australian Power & Gas, Sydney NSW

AP&G rang me with a great offer in May, 16% off my Electricity & Gas. I signed up, but then was contacted by another mob (Makeitcheaper) who could get my current supplier (Tru Energy) to offer a better deal to keep me. I decided to stay with my current mob, and was to call Australian Power & Gas to cancel, but they called me again with another offer...I said that I had previously taken up this offer and wanted to cancel it because I was given a better offer by my current supplier, would the operator cancel the offer for me or did I have to call another department to cancel it. No, the operator assured me, he could cancel it on my behalf and that would be the end of it. Lo and behold, two weeks later I recieved a welcome pack from AP&G. I rang straight away to say This is wrong and they said they'd look into the situation and pull the transcripts from the call, it would take a week and they'd call me. I tried calling my old provider to put a stop on the transfer, they tried, and managed to stop the Gas but not the electricity. A week later I had not heard back so I rang again to say what is going on? They still had not heard anything but they'd escalate it. 2 Weeks later, still no call. I called again, they said that they'd keep trying and I would hear something in the next 24 hours. I did not receive anything for another week and then I recieved a bill. I tried calling again, really angry that I had recieved a bill and they were not doing anything to help. This time they said their record indicated that I had not asked to cancel the offer and I was locked into the contract. I said you cancel it now or I will go to the Ombudsman. They cancelled it, then sent me another bill for the cancellation. I rang once more, saying this is unacceptable, the mistake was yours, not mine, I am not paying a cancellation fee. They disagreed. I said Fine, I am going to the ombudsman. they said 'Good Luck'. I contacted the water and electricity ombudsman and made a complaint. Suddenly within a week I had AP&G back on the phone. I wanted the cancellation fee waived and I dont want to pay these two bills, you've lied to me and wasted now 3 months of my life arguing over my account which you shouldnt have. Your operator lied to me. They refused to credit me two bills, but did give me 150 dollars off plus waiving the cancellation fee. I arranged a payment plan and then heard nothing for another month. Then i recieved a final demand for the full amount. I rang again and blew my stack. Finally I received a letter outlining the amounts i needed to pay. It is now December and I am back with my original supplier and almost paid off my bill from AP&G. I would say to anyone, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They dont care about their customers, their operators lie, they say they will contact you when they have no intention of doing so, they will waste your time. Steer clear.

I found this clinic after looking for a doctor in the Essendon area after moving. Specifically I was looking for a Bulk Billing practice that I could move my medical records to from my old doctor in North Melbourne. It should also be near public transport so it would be easy to get to and have extended opening hours so I could go and fit it in around work. A dispensary and pathology were pluses. This medical clinic ticks all of the above Boxes. It's open from 7am til 10pm during the week and is also open on the weekends. There are usually about 4 or 5 doctors on at one time so the wait is not usually more than an hour (it was quite common to wait 1.5 hours at my old GP). They do blood tests on site and have a pharmacy (plus a dentist, xrays, physiotherapy etc - not bulk billing) so they really cover all bases. Each GP is friendly and accomodating and non judgemental. They are all up to date on the latest Australian Medical Technology (One is up to date on international technology and his ideas are very very interesting to hear). It is a short walk from Moonee Ponds train station and has a carpark out the back (you do have to pay though). I've been coming here for over a year as has my partner and we've not paid a cent in doctors fees. I am very comfortable with this practice.

I love coming to this Rooftop bar at any time of the year, but Summer evenings are my favourite. Watching the city from a Rooftop is magical in the evening with the sun setting. The service is lovely and the tennis outfits on the staff are cheeky and cute. The Drinks menu is extensive but my favourite are the cocktails in Jugs. Gin Garden is exceptional. The snacks are also delicious and very english. Chicken Sandwiches, Hummus, Cheese Plates. In winter the heaters are brought out and on a cold night a glass of Absinthe goes down nicely. The crowd is a nice mix. Not too many hipsters. You will see all types here. Truly an iconic Melbourne experience

I have Dreadlocks and I was in need of some maintenance when I contacted Dare2 Hair Studio by email. The owner, Bruno responded to my email promptly asking me to give him a call. When I called him and spoke to him he was honestly and upfront about the amount of time he expected to spend on my maintenance and the cost and explained what they'd be doing. Out of emailing 7 different salons in Melbourne who advertise Dreadlock Maintenance services, Bruno gave me the most confidence. I was able to book in quickly for a time that would suit my schedule and when I turned up, Bruno was completely upfront about the state of my Dreadlocks and that he'd need extra time but was also very assuring about what he could do to them.

Although you wouldnt guess it, he is an expert in dreadlocks and has devoted 10 years researching the best techniques and products to use to get the best result. He has even created a machine that effectively locks hair just but being run through it. He's also created his own line of products from his research. He is an expert in creating gorgeous dreads quickly in all types of hair. He's also created his own tools to use for maintenance as well as sourcing the best possible products available from the internet.

During my visit the staff were friendly and accomodating. Offering me coffee and made sure i was comfortable at all times. All the staff know their stuff when it comes to dreadlocks and I walked out feeling like new. Bruno can tell you the best way to look after your locks and the do's and donts. This man believes that Dreadlocks can look beautiful and has the nous to back it up. I will be coming back here for all my maintenance.

I've been a member of Rewards Central since 2005, it's only in the last couple of years i've regularly gotten money from doing surveys, email and rewards points for buying online. However having said that this rewards program is much better than say, FlyBuys because rewards are attainable. And with the ability to get rewards through using eBay and Dymocks, it's quite good.

We had a yard full of green waste from overgrown weeds. Paul came the day after I called initially and gave us a very competitive rate. He was honest, softly spoken and very friendly. Before turning up to do the work he kept me informed of any changes in plans well ahead of time. Whilst he was doing the work, he worked quickly and was very fastidious and clean. The work took a few days and each day he called to ensure someone would be home and let us know how things were going. He was always honest with what he could or couldnt do and when he was finished he tidied up nicely. I wouldnt hesitate to use Paul again and I cant recomend him highly enough.

I hired a 2 bedroom pack with 37 boxes, 2 crockery glass boxes and 2 portarobes... this moved the majority of my 2 bedroom flat. They were delivered on time and it was easy to pack and unpacl them as they stack so neatly! We hired them for 2 weeks so packing and unpacking was never rushed and the morning they were to be picked up we were rung as asked if we were done with them. Ecomove are so friendly and so stress-free. I'm so glad I was able to make this part of my move environmentally friendly and economical... I would never have gotten the same value for money buying traditional cardboard boxes and hoping that they would be bought back. Seriously, having boxes dropped off at the old place and picked up at the new place 2 weeks later for only 100 dollars is awesome. I will be telling all my friends to use them in future when they move

This review is for Debonair Carpet Cleaning, Tarneit VIC

After reading the reviews on WOMOW i decided to use Bill to steam clean my unit's carpet after moving out. Bill was very communicative, ringing me to confirm the work the day before, and to let me know when he ended up being late. He was able to get out some particularly nasty stains and kept me abreast of everything he was doing. He was very frank about what he could and couldnt do and I was absolutely delighted with the result and fantastic value, the initial quote and the final cost was much less than I was expecting. I wouldnt even think twice about using Bill again, I wish all customer service was as good as the service I've received from Debonair.

Came here for a lunch with a group from work, they asked us to order ahead of time which was easy to do and to fax back orders. They provide a nice lunchtime Bento with rice and miso for 14.95. Their drinks menu is extensive and even contains Grape Soda which is more than a little sweet. The miso was tasty as was my Bento. Definitley would love to eat here again
