The menu at Winters always sounds amazing, and my friends always tell me how good the lunch meals are, but I haven't made it past the breakfast menu every time I'm there. I'm a total sucker for a good all day breakfast, and Winters' is one of the best. They offer their entire breakfast menu throughout the day, with options for a light meal, or a feast! The cafe has young owners, and has a chilled out modern feel. I love the trendy touches from the decor to the menu layout. I highly recommend a visit!

Not the cheapest option, but by far the best place for steak in Geelong! You get different cuts to choose from, and if you aren't sure what to get they can give you advice on what will suit your tatste. The steaks are always cooked perfectly to your liking and the sauces are so good that I usually have a hard time choosing which one to have. There are other options on the menu too if steak isn't your thing. I love the old building, it has a lot of character. Parkers would have to be up on the top of my list of places to eat out in Geelong.

Pamper Clinic is the one place I recommend to all of my friends when it comes to skin treatments, makeup or injectables. The team are fantastic, and the medical director is local plastic surgeon Peter Callan, so there is total peace of mind. I have been going there since it opened. I love their services and the product ranges they have for sale. The services are not cheap, but I don't think money should be the main factor when it comes to something as important as skin treatments.

I first discovered Vanessa Morgan's products when I was given a room spray called Australian Christmas. It is the most delicious smelling spray, I use it all year. The website has skin care, body care and for the home products with essential oils. They are amazing, perfect for gifts or to spoil yourself. Prices are very reasonable too.

Darren Grayson Salon is where I regularly go when I see a hairdresser. They are not only amazing at cutting and color, they make you feel completely spoilt while you are there. It is a great escape. You can enjoy champagne or even chai while you get pampered. The massage chairs at the sinks are a lovely combo with the head massage you get. They have a great reputation, and they deserve it. Some people think the prices are a bit high, but you do get extra care and attention that many other salons just can't match.

I went to see Julie with problems concerning diet and insomnia as well as detoxing. She is very knowledgeable and has many different product options to try. Julie can make you your own personalized rescue remedy and other flower remedy mixes. She loves a chat, so will make you feel at ease while getting the information she needs to help your condition. Great option if you want to try something natural.

I often decide I want to get my hair done at the last minute, and ring around until I can find someone who can fit me in straight away. This is how I discovered Cathy hair salon. I got a bit of a shock when I turned up and the salon was a partially converted milkbar complete with empty drink fridges. I was game, so went ahead with the appointment. It was a very funny experience. After my appointment they recommended I buy a treatment for my hair. They handed me a refill pack that was not in English. They were so nice that I said yes thinking it wasn't much money, I could always throw it out if it was no good. To my surprise it ended up being the best hair treatment I had ever used on my hair! I wouldn't go back to get my hair done, but I would purchase their products.

A friend recommended Belmont Vet Clinic after my dog had passed away and I was looking for a way to have him cremated. Their staff were so caring while I went through this difficult time. The service was professional, and I was very pleased with the choices offered. They even sent a sympathy card with a beautiful poem.

Anytime Fitness is a fantastic gym. The owner is usually around to say hello and see how your workout is going. They take feedback and even order in equipment you may request if they see a need for it. It has a family type feel because there are so many regulars who make you feel at home. The equipment is excellent, staff are friendly and the price is one of the best in Geelong. Well worth checking out!
