We have used andrews airport park on many occasions and have had mixed experinces, but overall good has out weighed any bad like grumpy pick up drivers. Price has always been the best and thats why we return . Also the like how you can make booking on line

Approximate cost: $14

We had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and professional without being effusively fake & annoying. I also got my car cleaned & it was lovely. They take the bags from your boot through to the footpath outside the airport entrance. We waited less than 5 minutes to get picked up when we returned. It was all SO much faster & cheaper than catching a taxi.

Approximate cost: $35

We have used Andrews Airport Parking before, only 8 weeks earlier. When we went to use them again just recently for they go through a questionnaire. At the start I informed them that I had used the service before, however, this did not stop them going through the script (i.e. had we used used them before, how did we find out about Andrews etc). This is probably not a bad thing, however, you would probably think they'd have your details on file from the last time, and this is why. On this occasion my wife and I and our young children were waiting to be picked up at the designated area after our holiday flight to the Gold Coast. My wife phoned Andrews to advise them that we were waiting to be picked up and they advised they would have the next bus pick us up. This all happened on Monday 1 September 2008. We waited 20 minutes and one Andrews bus came past and with the passengers it picked up was full, (our name was not included on the drivers list of passengers). The driver of this bus was doubled parked and he was stressed and could not answer questions that were coming from disgruntled customers. Another person standing next to me said this is the first time and last time he will use this mob. All this prompted me to contact Andrews again. We had now been waiting 25mins. We had just arrived from the Gold Coast and a cold wind was blowing at Melbourne Airport. Not good for a four year old and one year old. I spoke to D at Andrews and asked when the next bus was coming. She requested my details, I gave my surname said, I have nothing recorded by that surname. I spelt out my surname, which consists of 5 letters, "still nothing coming up" was her reply. I gave her the registration of the car, "still nothing". I advised that my wife had called and we were meant to be on the next bus. "I don't have your name recorded on my system". You have my car I replied and again the registration number is ...., "oh, now its coming up was the reply, your registration number, we will have a bus there in the next 15 minutes". I said my wife already called over half an hour ago and was told we were on the next bus. What happened to this original message I asked. I was greeted with initial silence, then, was told that we would be on the next bus. Well the next bus came and it was 45 mins after our initial call.

They give great service. Drive there and they park your car. Then you get a free shuttle bus that takes you to the airport. These shuttles leave every 15 minutes so you are never left there waiting for hours for a bus or trying to make your own way there. I can't remember how much it costs but I do remember it was the cheapest of all the options at the time.

This was the first time we had used Andrews and we were very impressed with the service... it sure beats the stress of organising/finding parking at Tullamarine airport and it was cheaper than for a taxi to and from the airport. We chose the undercover parking option which cost us $92 for 8 days. We were greeted by an attendant as soon as we parked and our 5 bags/cases were carried and loaded onto the shuttle bus for us while my husband dropped off the car keys, confirmed the details we had already given Andrews over the phone. Our car also had a full car clean and a car service whilst it was "parked" at Andrews. On our return to Melbourne airport we had been instructed by Andrews to call them after we had collected our baggage and were waiting at the agreed pick-up point. We only had to wait a few minutes before a bus came along. Driver was very friendly and the shuttle bus seats seemed more confortable to me than the seats on the aeroplane were!

We recently went on a holiday for 10 days and decided it was cheaper to leave our car at Andrews than to catch a taxi to and from the airport. Plus when you've got young kids taxi's can be a problem (no car seats). We arrived at Andrew's and parked the car close to where the mini-bus leaves. We did have to get most of our luggage over to the bus, although the driver did assist with this (I think they could improve this process to make it easier especially when you've got kids to worry about, dragging 8 bags/cases can be tricky. Even if they provided trolley's like you get at the airport that would help.

I then went inside to pay which was a pain-free process, although once again they could get all of these details over the phone when you book so you can literally just drive and get on the bus. The bus ride to the airport takes about 5-7 mins so you probably need to allow an extra 20-25 mins all up to park and get to the check-in. This is probably comparable with the Long-term parking at the airport, even though you are parking a lot closer, you generally have to wait a long time for a shuttle bus.

The major advantage of Andrew's over the Long-term carpark is that your car can be kept undercover and it's also more secure. It's impossible for security to closely monitor the massive Long-term carpark at the airport.

We arrived back from holiday and got straight on an Andrew's shuttle bus and we were back at our shiny clean car (you can pay extra for washing) within 5 mins.

Approximate cost: $100 for 10 days undercov

I agree that Andrew's is really good but sometimes it's easier just to park at the Airport for a few bucks more.

I have used Andrews for years now but they have slipped in their service lately. They had entered my name under my first name instead of surname, I had to watch 2 airport buses go past before I was able to squeeze on to the third (took last seat), I had to wait 5 minutes for my car to be bought out once back at the depot - not good Andrews!

Approximate cost: $15
