I've used Andrew's Parking, for a couple of years now. The staff there are always friendly and professional and the drivers very helpful, loading your luggage onto vehicle and driving safely. Mini Buses always clean and comfortable and on time. I've never had to wait long, before leaving their yard, or being picked up at the airport. On my last trip, they went above and beyond (I thought). My 'carry on' luggage was overweight and after ringing Andrew's, they allowed me to rendezvous with one of the drivers, who kindly returned some of my things for me and they were safely deposited back into my car! Also, my return flight was cancelled, so, I emailed Andrew's with the delayed return information and I received an email response quickly and was only charged $5 for the extra day! I will continue to use the services of Andrew's Parking, because they provide excellent services, for reasonable prices. My car was there for 10 days.

Using this car parking service on a number of occassions, the rates have always been reasonable compared to Melbourne Airport. The cars have always been safe and secure and never come back with any dings or anything like that. The staff have always been friendly and helpful as well.

On our last interstate trip, we used this car park service on the recommendation of our travel agent and were very pleased.

We decided to give it a try instead of long term parking at the Melb Airport.

I've been parking my car here, for a few years now. Everytime I plan to go away, Andrew's Airport Parking is booked for the car's 'holiday' :) With taxi's costing so much, these days, (around $50 from Sth Morang, each way!!) it's actually cheaper and more efficient, for me, to drive myself and park the car here. I've never had to wait long to 'check in', staff are always polite and friendly and the buses, driven by friendly, safe drivers, usually arrive quite quickly. I also enjoy some of the other services available (indoor/outdoor parking option, car washing, car service etc), which saves me valuable time and prices are quite reasonable for the extra services, around the same as I might pay elsewhere. Allow extra time if there's roadworks on the Tullamarine Freeway, as there has been ongoing works for some time, now.

we have used Andrews for years now as we travel on holidays every year. you have choices of inside or outside parking bit extra for inside parking. you can also have your car washed at extra cost, once you park your car and paperwork done you are shuttled to main airport entrance. On arrival back in Melbourne you ring to let them know you have arrived they then pick you up and take you to pickup your car. Never had any problems also if you use them every time you go away you do get discount.

One of the few Airport Parking places near Tullamarine that actually has a bus leaving early enough to catch a 6am outgoing flight! And they can collect you from a flight that arrives at midnight.

And the staff answer the 'phone as if they enjoy helping you!

Usually we use Andrew's every time we fly from Tullamarine, and it is great. But this morning my partner dropped the car off there with half an hour to spare before check-in closed which should be plenty of time. He waited at ANdrew's for 25 minutes for a bus to turn up, and then 2 came at once.
The manager finally has phoned back and the matter has been resolved.

always friendly,cars kept safe,as I chose undercover parking,never waited long for the bus to the airport,or for a collection from the airport either.
prices reasonable,though do believe that they should offer disabled pensioner discount.
Have had car cleaned several times,great job.
cant complain,only gripe,the buses should be more easily accessible for the disabled.

I have used Airport Parking several times and had both positive and not so positive experiences. The only hassles have been with not so friendly drivers that act as though you are inconveniencing them. Overall they have generally provided a good service with competitive pricing. You can now make your parking bookings online through their website which is quite handy!
