Not so fantastic for fantastic cleaners. The team arrived one hour late to my home, the head office has messed up the booking time. Two Cleaners on site was very inefficient also one of them with a condescending bad attitude. I have never experienced a cleaning services like this. Literally had to stop the cleaners and let them go. I then rang Fantastic Cleaners Melbourne to address this, all I got was a 10% discount voucher for compensation. With such a bad experiences and unprofessional cleaning services, a full refund is necessary. Overall, bad business practices with unprofessional staff on site. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Used recently for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Very happy with the results. I thought that I needed a new couch but decided to try cleaning the upholstery. Couldn't achieve any results by myself. I've used Fantastic Cleaners Melbourne for house cleaning before and I knew they do upholstery as well. I'm happy I give them a try with the job. Recommend!

We lodged a complaint with head office, which was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.
