Our stove was in terrible condition. The cooktop was OK because I clean it every now and then but the inside of the oven was literally black from the carbon. I booked a service from Fantastic Cleaners and their guy was sent after three days. He came with some detergents that were supposed to be strong and get the dirt out permanently. The service was fine but way overpriced. That was the main thing that I didn't like, despite the cleaner being great.

The professionals know how to treat their customers. In the call centre they were polite and helpful. And they were on time at my home. I have no complains, because the domestic cleaning service was good and satisfying. The team missed only few spots and it was not big deal.
I like the fact that the employees are always talkative and warm-hearted. It is true that some people are naturally positive. And I believe that the optimists create more optimism, positive attitude and atmosphere.

They advertise as "after-builders" cleaning specialists with specialist equipment for this type of cleaning. COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! The cleaners showed up with some small bottles of spray, a few small rags, a FEATHER duster, and an ordinary vacuum cleaner. After leaving them to clean with such ridiculous equipment for a post-builders clean, they took two people 3 hours to clean really only ONE room. And after that, the room was still filthy with dirt and dust so I had to go through it and re-qipe it anyway.

They dusted the walls even though they were COVERED with plaster dirt and dust and we had told them the walls would need to be WIPED.

Absolute WASTE of money at $45 per hour PER PERSON. We complained and one guy came back to re-do the areas he had already cleaned, but EVEN AFTER THAT, we still had to go through and clean it all again ourselves.

In short, probably just passable for ordinary every day domestic house cleaning. But definitely NOT specialists in after-builders cleaning and at best do an AVERAGE job at normal domestic house cleaning. For those prices though, you can do much better elsewhere!
