Buyer Beware! Extremely poor service. Complete failure to clean. Payment taken prior to service. Bond not returned. Subsequently unable to contact. Call Centres in Eastern Europe. Had to clean myself. Now won't return calls/ emails. Office on St Kilda Rd Melb, locked & unattended. Completely dishonest.

Hired to conduct End of Lease Clean with bond retrieval guarantee.

1) Took payment prior to service being conducted....!?
2) 2 cleaners did an appalling job. (really basic stuff. Even Property Manager shocked when reviewing apartment)
3) told me shower grime/ mould and carpet stain required 'speciality' cleaning products and machinery to clean.... WTF!?
4) Sent another cleaner back to rectify. Completely incompetent. Wasn't told which parts to clean. FAIL!
5) I ended up taking morning off work, buying cleaning products from Coles and cleaned every area myself. Took me 30 minutes. Simple stuff, just needed time and attention.
6) Only then was bond returned.
7) Demanded full refund. now unresponsive. Pushed around a mind numbing circle of call centres in Bulgaria. (No doubt will list a generic email below saying they've been trying to reach me. Completely untrue.)

Encourage anyone looking for End of Lease cleaning to AVOID them. These guys will drain your time, energy and money.

I used this servie as they offered bond back guarantee for my end of lease clean. Long story short they damaged the carpets and now refuse to cover the loss of our bond, despite the guarantee.

On top of this hair was left in drains, shelves not wiped, windows not cleaned, dirty floors not professionally cleand and walls not included. They state it is in all emails that walls are not included in end of lease clean, however this is not the case.

An end of lease clean and bond back gurantee lead me to believe every inch would have been perfect when leaving the clean. They display no empathy, genuine care or ownership of the damage they caused.

They refuse to cover the loss stating it is wear and tear and that isnt part of their guarantee. When trying to escalate query was refused with no guarantee of a call back at any stage.

No offer of discount, refund or compensation of any kind.

I could not be more disappointed or disgusted in Fantastic Cleaners after using them for an end of rental clean. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The cleaners left a significant sized hole in my bathroom wall after ripping off my towel rack. This could only have been caused by them standing on it for who knows what reason.

The cleaners had a 'friend' who could do a fast patch job as they wanted to avoid notifying head office. I did not trust the cleaners after this, let alone a 'friend'. No thank you. When I discussed the issue with head office I was told this was my only option. Again, no thank you.

I had to take the next day off work to deal with the issue and sort out the huge hole in my bathroom wall. Not the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time.

$400 worth of damage was done which the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners did not pay for.

I had to then clean the bathroom again as the damage caused mess. Not the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time again.

Plus I had to go over the rest of the cleaning as it was horrible. Once again, the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time.

What did the Fantastic Cleaners then do? Offered me a discount of $150 and still demanded I pay the remainder of the bill. Um what? They could not seem to comprehend their cleaners left a big hole in my wall and did not help in any way to fix it including payment.

To get my bond back I needed a proof of receipt of steam cleaning. And they refused to give me a receipt without payment. I had to pay the oh so Fantastic Cleaners for their oh so fantastic work.

This is a disgusting company and I highly recommend no one uses Fantastic Cleaners.

It is unfortunate that the service was not acceptable. They promised a lot for the End of Lease Cleaning but have not done what was promised. I took photos of the work that was not completed, as listed below, but was met with, if you landlord signs off then its fine.

Shower screen not done.
Floors not done.
Skirting not done.
Cupboards not done fully.
Dust on top of cupboard doors.
Blinds dusty and not touched.
Grout on floor in bathroom not done.

Its lucky that they are ripping up the floor boards in our old apartment or they would have never said it was fine. Oh and a lucky extra is that they threw out the spare light bulbs we had.

Used for move out cleaning. No complains from the landlord. I'm very happy with the service and the cost. I got my full bond back as well.

Got my carpet cleaned by Fantastic Cleaners team. It now looks amazing. such a big difference. Will gibe them a call again if I need help with cleaning job

Cleaners did a good job. so many issues with the call centre/company, first they moved my appointment from an 8am to 1pm then to noon one day prior. On the day itself I called 20min to make sure they will be on time and they said yes, at noon they sent me a text saying it will be late (approximately 1 hour late) when I am standing at the doorway waiting for them. I asked the subcontractor/cleaner they told me that they have informed the company at 8am and it was not their fault that the company didn't call me. Was quoted only 1.5hours although i gave sqm and also number of rooms and toilets. On the day itself called and said that it will take roughly 2.5 hours-3 hours for the general clean and they cannot clean the windows cos that is additional charge and balcony is "too large". I chose this company because I thought it was a larger company that would be more reliable but I they are dishonest. I got a quote from another smaller/independent cleaner that was cheaper and when I told them the quote they slash their prices to match the independent cleaner; the final quote was nearly $100 more than the FIRST quote (without the price matching). I told them no just do your original quote and I will do the rest. So i still had to go back and clean the remaining rooms (balcony + laundry room not done). Imagine paying for a move out clean but ending up having to do your own clean as well. Horrible horrible customer support and will say anything to "get" your sales but changes their tune after... Will never go back to them no matter how well the subcontractors/cleaner did the job

Absolutely happy with the service provided. I called for oven cleaning... a friendly agent asked me for more details and gave me a quote, a nice one. The appointment was made in time convenient to me. I don't think that I've ever seen this oven so clean. It is an old one (but good one). My wife loves it and she was delighted with the result. Good job. You have 5 stars from me.

We were celebrating my daughter's graduation and the party ended with many great memories and one pretty big wine stain on the couch. My wife tried to clean it but it didn't work so we called professionals. It was the right decision. Stain is gone, couch is clean and now we have only good memories from the graduation party.
