Totally terrible service and misguide to customers that they have in stock . After 10 days passed i haven't received my item. Then i ring them they said its take 2 more weeks. They didn't inform me. And now 10 days passed they didn't return my money.
Please be careful to buy from them its misleading customer service
Terrible customer service! Their site is full of lies. They say they deliver with reputable delivery companies that are listed on their site but then deliver with completely unknown companies. I ordered from them because I needed my child’s new bed ASAP and they promise fast delivery. It took over 5 days just to leave the warehouse and when I emailed to ask for a refund they were completely sneaky and rude.

This Company Continues to take money and not deliver the goods. Take a look at the Product review website. Hundreds of reviews stating no goods, no refund and no response to emails and only automated chat responses. Im also getting to believe this is definitely a scam and that ACCC and Scam watch report are the only ways to go. Cant recommend. Hugely disappointing experience with this online company. Others need to know not to purchase. AfterPay have already stopped working with them. Hopefully other payment methods will follow to stop the scam plus government investigation and intervention. So many dissatisfied customers is extremely telling start up or not thats no excuse to not even respond to customers or to refund if you cant deliver. I also have had my money taken and no goods received. Impossible to get a response to any inquiry.I agree with other comments the positive 5 star reviews are fake. I think thats what they do instead of taking calls or responding.
Don’t buy from this company.
I'm waiting for rangehood for the last 30 days and I’m still have no glue on when it will be delivered. I only chose Home Appliances Plus as they offer the faster delivery and I need it urgently.
Terrible costumer service.

Good on you! Might be heading down the same path if I dont get some satisfaction from this company. Total let down, no communication or customer service, uncontactable, unattended phone line and online chat. Emails ignored. Where is my refund? Order 46011.......$340.20
