Cannot understand why after ordering a two chair and table setting, that one table and one chair was delivered first after some delivery dramas and still waiting for a second chair from the same set. Why two deliveries when it is a set. A total waste of freight costs to the supplier and terrible inconvenience to purchaser. Would not recommend purchasing through this supplier.

Purchased something (that was in stock) that was needed fast and still hasn’t been dispatched a week later..
still needing in a hurry and really disappointed iv had no communication from them.

Really disappointed, purchased an item few months ago, but was never delivered. Since then I am chasing them for a refund, but all I heard was we forward your request to our accounts, this was couple of months ago now. I don't think I am ever going to get my money back. Company seems to a rouge company who gets users to pay for stuff that is not in stock and then never returns their money back.
Will NOT recommend this company at any cost and will report the company as well if I don't get my money back this week.

It was order. Yes, I got the refund, finally, but still I would never recommend your company to anyone. The amount of frustration you've caused is just way too much. And you dont have a customer support number, so all we can do is email you and then wait for weeks for a reply. It was only $38 and I had to chase you guys for MONTHS to get it back. Not a good company policy, not a way you should be treating your customers.

Bloidy slow bought item ex stock 14 day later not despatched chased up 3 days later said despatched 4 days after that no movement to depot chased up again now thee weeks could have got elsewhere quicker would not buy from them again

Be careful.... I ordered a product in stock. Didn't get after 6 weeks so I followed up and told it was the last one and it was faulty. Couldn't give eta so I cancelled and requested refund. Was told would be done 3-5days, still waiting 25 days later. They won't supply pH number to speak to...absolute shithouse. After reading reviews now obviously will need to report company.
Following my previous review, within the hour I was contacted by the director the business who offered sincere apologies about my experience. I am pleased to say that a credit was applied the same day as he spoke to me. He has restored my faith in this business and will try again when I find the right product.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company took my money in mid-September for a product which was indicated on the website should arrive within 7 days. It never arrived due to both delayed dispatch by this company, and the cheap courier company they use returning to sender without attempting delivery. The company finally agreed to give me a refund over 4 weeks ago yet have never processed the refund and now will not respond to any communication when I try to find out what is going on. It has now been 12 weeks since my order and I'm still $150 out of pocket. Scam website, do not trust.

Update - the refund has now finally been processed. No communication or apologies just an auto generated notification. Just happy to finally get my money back 3 months later. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered a Christmas tree from them. After 3 weeks the tree had not dispatched from the warehouse. As it was a time sensitive purchase I requested a refund. After a further 4 weeks they have not actioned the refund despite saying it would take no more than 7 business days. Feel like my money has been stolen.
