Took 6 days to get a response to my email. Been more than a week the order is still not processed.
The response email was also addressed to a wrong person (clearly looked like a copy-paste of a template email)
Would never order again. Customer service is the most important thing that completely lacks with this company.

Sent email & message, heard NOTHING back. I highly recommend you do NOT order from this company. If this isn’t addressed with either my item arriving ASAP Or a full refund I will take it further with the ombudsman.

Ordered a bed in the beginning of December. Its now a month later and no bed delivery. Zero response to several emails asking for a status update and response to earlier emails. Based on the number of negative reviews here and on all the other review websites that I have googled, it is unlikely that I will receive my bed and it will probably take months and with lots of pestering to receive my refund. I now wish that I had done my homework about this company prior to ordering from them. I hope that this review of my experience helps and prevents others from having to go through what I have been through.

Ordered a item on the 26th Dec I still have not heard anything dispite sending three emails. I will never order from this company again. Please send me a Refund of my money asap otherswise I am going to the accc as it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from this company. Terrible terrible terrible service.

Challenging times for everyone with massive order levels and tough to organise deliveries. Bring on post Covid. Got through to Richard on the phone who was extremely helpful - don’t email, call and you will get very good and honest service.

I just don't understand why this company above all others, has found service delivery during COVID, fires, flood, holidays etc. so challenging!

Did not send my item for several weeks. When I cancelled my order they then began stringing me along with promises that they had refunded it. Yet to see a cent.

Worst ever transaction I’ve made. My item was “in stock” in early December, still hasn’t been sent and it’s a month in.
No tracking, no response to my emails, no reply to my Facebook messages. As a result
I have published several online reviews and spread my experience on social media. There are so many bad reviews out there and I can see why. Do not buy from this company - if it even is a company. It seems like an adhoc money making scam.

I suggest the influx of emails has something to do with your poor customer service when it comes to delivering the goods. You're well versed in excuses, apologies and empty promises, no doubt about that!

Ordered a Christmas tree which they said after how many emails that there is no stock
I asked for a refund which took forever
I sent So many emails with barely any response
Only when I put a bad comment on FB and told them I notified afterpay that they finally refunded my money
Would never eve recommend them
